We dealt with several other dealerships before settling on Toy. of NO. Ultimately, I chose this dealership because the internet salesman, Bobby Carasquillo, met all my requests and negotiated a fair price well before we made our visit to the dealership. He quoted me a sales price, approximate trade-in value, and final tax/tag/title price so I could line up financing in advance. Once we got to the dealership, we were very impressed. Bobby had the car waiting for us. We took a test drive and agreed to the terms of the sale - which did not change from our previous correspondence. No one tried to pull any tricks after we settled on the deal. They worked with our financer, USAA, to help reduce our interest rate. We've had the car for almost two weeks and absolutely love it. We'll definitely use the dealership for service and look forward to doing business with them in the future. More

He showed us two of the cars and got the keys for us. While we test drove one of the cars, he had someone check out our trade. The car was exactly what we were looking for and the right price. They gave us a great price for our trade-in and the whole process took less than 2 hours. We had already been to two other dealerships who did not come close to matching the deal that we were able to get at Toyota of New Orleans or the great service that we received.
