I found some cars on the dealership's website that we were interested in and called to make sure they were still available, Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greeted quickly and met with Bobby Carrasquillo. He showed us two of the cars and got the keys for us. While we test drove one of the cars, he had someone check out our trade. The car was exactly what we were looking for and the right price. They gave us a great price for our trade-in and the whole process took less than 2 hours. We had already been to two other dealerships who did not come close to matching the deal that we were able to get at Toyota of New Orleans or the great service that we received. I found online that this dealership had a Platinum and we came out to drive it. Juniece greeted us and was so nice, easy going, knowledgable and professional. She was not pushy but answered all our questions. When we told her what color interior and exterior we desired in a vehicle, she went online and located it.
