Not happy! Very upset right now! Brought my car in for service, oil change, tire rotation and multi-inspection check. Had coupon for same. Service rep did return Very upset right now! Brought my car in for service, oil change, tire rotation and multi-inspection check. Had coupon for same. Service rep did return the coupon; however, did not tell me that my car only needed a tire rotation. The bill was $30 for tire rotation, only.!! When asked why the work was not done per coupon, was advised because oil change was not due. Why was I not told this in advance? I would never have paid $30 for a tire rotation. What a ripoff!!! More
