They were supposed to rotate and balance the tires, but instead they changed the oil, but they didn't rotate them. I still had 5,000 miles left until my next oil change. It seems to me that the person who instead they changed the oil, but they didn't rotate them. I still had 5,000 miles left until my next oil change. It seems to me that the person who helped me had a very bad face since I arrived. I explained to him that I had come for the 5,000-mile inspection, but the man didn't pay attention to me and did whatever he wanted. I even asked him if he understood my English, and since I'm Hispanic, I wasn't very satisfied. Now I have to find a place to have the work done. More

I bought my first car at age 16. Since then I can say with certainty my recent purchase from Toyota of New Orleans is the worst purchase experience I've ever had. Anyone in the area Since then I can say with certainty my recent purchase from Toyota of New Orleans is the worst purchase experience I've ever had. Anyone in the area should consider going elsewhere for their purchase. First off, they use psychological manipulation to get you off balance. I live 5 hours away from New Orleans, so I wanted to get the credit approval done and the agreed price set before I arrived. I unfroze my credit and reported that to the salesman. A few hours later I get a text saying the finance guy says the credit is still frozen. I recheck everything and it's indeed unfrozen. I told them to check the next day, and they said I'm approved. The next day when we arrive at the dealer, on two occasions they say, "OK, I need such and such document.." which I had already given them. I have to start looking through my folder of papers for the document, and once they see you're all flustered, they say, "Oh, here it is." That happened with the salesman and the finance guy. Later I'm in with the finance guy. Sure enough, their bottom line is different than the one I had agreement on from the salesman. Soon there are three guys in the office against me and my wife. The number I had was straight off of their own website for this car! They didn't want to look at that. We went around and around for 20 minutes until the sales manager says, what number do you want? I gave them the number from the website forgetting that their website title and tax calculator showed a number $101 higher than the calculator the dealer uses in the office. The dealer number was actually lower. Great, but they ended up rolling that $101 into the purchase price. We were in a hurry to get out of there and I missed it in the ton of paperwork being presented to me. When I caught the $101 overcharge the next day, I sent an e-mail to the salesman and asked that it be forwarded to the finance guy requesting a refund in some form of the $101. After several days with no answer, I asked the salesman for the general manager's e-mail, and got no response. The whole experience left me feeling cheated. I'm sure the dealer made thousands of dollars off this deal, and they still had to gip me out of $101. They knew since I lived in another state, they didn't have to worry about me being a repeat customer. Have all of your guards up if you use this dealer. More

IF IT'S NOT A TOYOTA VEHICLE, DON'T BUY FROM HERE. THEY DON'T SPECIALIZE IN OTHER MAKES AND MODELS. Purchased my 2020 vehicle in July '22. Two months later, got the vehicle serviced because I had steering and suspension issues. Got "everything" that was supposed to get done under manufactured warranty. Oct '23 I noticed I needed a wheel alignment. Got that done at the place where I usually go for oil changes. Drove away and noticed my wheel being offset again. I went back to the place for them to fix it. All the specs were in green on the alignment. The tires were initially rotated when I got the oil change. The service manager told me, the reason why my car is veering to the right and not driving straight is because I have the wrong size tires. They are too big, they all need to be replaced from where you got the vehicle from. Went to Toyota to explain what was told to me. Nobody really gave me or offered a solution not even the Used Car Manager until the 4th time I showed up. I was offered a $100 discount off on the tires because it had been over a year since I bought the vehicle. I get that, my thing is The vehicle was suppose to get inspected when it was received and was supposed to get inspected AGAIN when I got it serviced under warranty. I'm not tryna get 4 free tires, I'll pay half, 50% because I take blame for not checking myself while the dealership or whoever chuck up the other half because somebody or bodies didnt do their job. It's not a Toyota vehicle but if you all gonna recieve other makes and model vehicles, y'all need to do yall's Due Diligence. I work at a dealership myself so I know what goes on in production before a car is sold. I'm not the woman who don't know anything about cars and just wanna drive. I went to school in the automotive industry and graduated. Like I said, I take partial blame, NOT ALL!! The place where I get my oil change at the tires are way cheaper and there's a sale buy 3 and get 1 free. Much cheaper than $1200. More
I bought my 2023 Toyota Camry brand new. I have loved my car and everyone was friendly when I purchased it I started having problems with the bumper clip and my car was brought to the shop. I have loved my car and everyone was friendly when I purchased it I started having problems with the bumper clip and my car was brought to the shop. They first said it was a factory defect and was going to fix it. They did not do anything to it but put the clip back in and said if it happens again, Toyota would replace it. I brought my car back to the shop because the bumper clip did not hold it and it has now been there for the last two months and it’s still there now they are claiming it isn’t a factory defect They have not done anything to my car besides wreck it while it was there,I went to go pick it up and had to bring it right back because it was pulling me off the road I didn’t even feel safe driving it back home so I brought it back to them come to find out they hit something with my car while it was at there shop and knocked the back end of it out of alignment and it looks like they ran over a whole curb with it. The service manager was supposed to have the GM contact me and that was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything else about my car. More
