As a new costumer was recomended walk in to purchase a vechile whit paper work all set n done was told by nidal to wait 5 min....5 min. turnd out to be almoust 3 hr. I cannot imagine why anyone has rated this dealership as high. They gave me a reasonable price on the car, but a VERY high interest rate (6.5%) despite a 720 credit score. From the time we left, we had problems with our 2-year-old Toyota Sienna. We found out that the car was sold without runflat tires (which are standard) and we were never told. We got them to put in a DVD player but were never told it wasnt a factory install, and therefore wasnt covered by the Toyota warranty when it broke 2 months later. We also got talked into the extended warranty...which we learned later was not a Toyota warranty, but some 3rd party warranty and covered next-to-nothing. The final straw was when we brought our minivan in for the factory recall on the sliding door. We were told that our door, which had the same exact problem described in the recall notice, had a different problem, and would be $500 to fix. Oh, and our 'extended bumper to bumper warranty' didnt cover that either. They were almost rude about telling us. As if we should have never had the audacity to suggest that a bumper-to-bumper warranty cover the DVD player THEY installed or cover the defective sliding door that Toyota themselves recalled. The salesman was pushy and hurried us through the whole process. I would never go to this dealership again. More

My sales person was Nidal, he explained everything in detail so I really knew what I was buying and went out of his way to give my a fair price. It was a pleasure talking to him and he made me feel like I was truly appreciated by the Toyota of Nashua family. I have heard from many people how great of a dealership Toyota was and I now can say they really are too! More
I have been shopping for a car for my daughter for sometime and every place I went to was very rude to us because we were two women. When we got to Toyota of Nashua Sean greeted us on the lot and was sometime and every place I went to was very rude to us because we were two women. Sean took all the time we needed with no pressure and answered all of our questions, his knowledge was excellent put us at ease with everything. The process of buying was so easy. Mike the sales manager came over at the end to talk to us and he was very nice and friendly. We never felt pressure to buy, the customer service and attention to the individual here is awesome.
