I have bought many cars from local dealers over the years but the most from this dealership. They treat you right and are great to work with. And the new facility is fantastic. My appointment was at 5pm, I came to see what went wrong with some repairs another "mechanic" was supposed to have fixed, the 1 time I have ever gotten service done at a non-Toyota shop, and it was plain misery! (Those guys have a different type of review coming!...Anyways James did right by us and got several issues fixed, and we are going back in to have the remaining couple problems solved.. I would recommend going to see James Page to anyone! They have a 3 on 4 off work schedule, so be sure he is there :) More
Expected better I recently went to see a 2002 Nissan Xterra listed at $4995 that I found on a car finder web site. Great price from a respectable dealer . Could not test drive it because it had not gone thru the shop and did not have a safety sticker. Strange ? Was told that if I was interested I should put a deposit on it as there were other customer's interested . In the process of doing this I was told that this was an "AS IS "sale and I would be responsible for the repair costs necessary to obtain a safety sticker and it could not leave the dealership without a sticker. I balked at that and told Paul that the listing did not say AS IS and even if it did how could I agree to this if I did not know what was wrong with it. Paul "talked" to his manager and told me that the dealership would pay for the shop cost and the SUV would be sold to me with a sticker. Great! Paul started to put the figures on paper. He wrote the list price as $ 8995, I told him it was $4995. He seemed surprised and wanted to know where I got that price . I told him it was on Cars,com and on the dealer web site, Once again he went to talk to his manager, He came back and said I could have it for $4999 but I would have to pay for any necessary repairs to obtain a sticker or I could pay $7200 with a sticker and a 30 day warranty, The classic bait and switch. I said no and walked out. In 30+ years of buying vehicles this was the first time a dealership ever tried to pull anything like this. I bought a vehicle from this dealer in 1995 and thought they were honest and trustworthy. What happened since? Take my advice and take your business elsewhere. This dealer should not be trusted. BTW: By the time I got home the listing had been removed from Cars.com Update: Paul call me and apologized for the ""mis-understanding". Said that he was new and gave me some misinformation. He told me I could have driven the vehicle off that lot with a sticker. Could I have have test driven it ??? What was wrong with it?? What about the different prices? He said he would still like to sell me something. I told him I appreciated him .calling but I could not trust him or the dealer and would not do a deal with him More

Introduced to no one, shown nothing, salesman ran out of the building when I was driving away after not offering to go over new vehicle with me and sunk the blue tooth with my phone. No follow up. Tony Schepisi you were awesome salesperson. I have been searching to trade in my 07 Yaris for several months not that anything was wrong with it but, it was time for a change and something new. I have been do different dealerships and when I went through the internet sales dept Danielle matched me up with Tony and she followed up. I liked Tony's attitude right from the beginning. He wanted to sell me a vehicle and I told him I do not like pushy sales people and over aggressive. I quickly learned Tony was not like that. He was very helpful answered my questions, located the vehicle which I wanted a manual transmission and did a great job helping me get the car that I specifically wanted with a very fair trade in value. In fact this dealership along with Tony's assistance gave me the most for my trade. After I signed the papers for the new Yaris, Tony called me a few days later and told me it was in. I made an appointment with him and he gave me a tour of the service department and had the car ready to go, freshly cleaned and in the garage bay. I found that to be very considerate to make a customer very happy by having the car in the bay rather then outside. Tony was very patient and I also liked the sales manager who explained my price of the new vehicle and the total cost it they would accept. LOL I can be pushy for more and more off. But, we came to an agreement on the sale and I was very satisfied. In closing I would highly recommend this dealership, and Tony as well. Jason Stefanski who is the business manager arranged my financing and an extra warranty I purchased. He was very patient explaining all the details of what was covered and again, was fair in negotiating a resaonalbe price for me. More

Horrible Service Department My family has bought a total of 3 NEW vehicles from Toyota of Nashua in the last 15 years. Never again. On July 2nd, 2014 I called for a service qu My family has bought a total of 3 NEW vehicles from Toyota of Nashua in the last 15 years. Never again. On July 2nd, 2014 I called for a service quote. After being bounced around by the receptionist Jen for 5 minutes I finally spoke with James in service. James seemed like he had no clue how to use the computer. I told him I needed a quote for a timing belt and 4 new summer carpets with all relivient details he needed about me and the vehicle. He assured me he would get back to me soon. Two weeks go by and on July 16th I call back because James never did get in touch. Things happen, I understand and was willing the give him the benefit of the doubt. I was bounced all over the place this time and again all I wanted was service. The receptionists were Jen, Sheila or Shelley, and Kelly. I spoke to them more than anyone since Katie in service hung up on me not once but twice. Katie is service has a serious attitude problem and no customer service. After waiting two weeks then calling and asking over and over to just have a service quote Katie's attitude and erratic speed talking while I was trying to speak broke the camels back. None of this is complicated but calling Toyota of Nashua's service department is brutal and pray you don't get Katie. I will never have anything to do with Toyota of Nashua again and we will bring our newest car to someone else after warranty is up. I left a message with the general manager Rick and I'll say it again Katie is a horrible fit for her job and needs to calm down and understand she is not at the center of the world. Jose was great from the very beginning, my wife and I already knew exactly what we wanted; the type, the color, etc.,which made the deal extremely easy. we test drove the car, he walked us through all the features inside and out, and he was great with our children also. Then came the cost we told him exactly how much we had to pay down and exactly what we wanted to pay a month. Jose came back a few minutes later shook our hands said congratulations and the deal is done. More

This place was friendly and beyond, even after the car was paid for and all! When I returned to pick up my new car, my gf started feeling carsick and hade an accident in the rental we were driving. The guys at Toyota truck center took care of her, offered her a beverage, cleanup pads etc and even cleaned up the rental, all for free, no questions asked!! I have nerver seen a service like that anywhere else. Especially after the purchase was already done and the car fully paid for. More
