Jim Burrows was my sales representative and I let him know exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it all to go down and he didn't tried to bs me on anything. He was straight forward and to the point. He was very fair on my trade and took the time to go over the Avalon with me and even paired my phone before I left. I was in and out in 4 hours with my new car. I had worked with sales associate Matt Almeida who was amazing. Matt had listened to my concerns, was very professional, polite, and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. Matt had gone above and beyond in locating the car I was looking for and working with me. I also appreciate that Matt took the time to check in and see how everything with the car was. I felt the whole car buying process was very clear and straight forward, with no games and the final price was what I had negotiated. I also worked with finance director Jason Stefanski who was also very pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. I love my car and am very satisfied with my purchase. I will be returning in the future to purchase another car from Toyota of Nashua and recommend others to go here. More

My most recent purchase, the 2017 Toyota Sienna LS, was quoted $4500 less than the retail price. After calling Kay, at Internet sales, and asking if they would take a certain price, I ended up purchasing the vehicle for $5000 less than retail plus a free set of all weather floor mats. I had, in effect, purchased this vehicle without even entering the show room. And for those who do not like waiting some time for their vehicle to be serviced, schedule your appointment for early in the morning and enjoy a great home-cooked breakfast in their café for under five dollars.
