First vehicle purchased from McGovern Toyota of Nashua (new 2025 RAV4). Had an excellent experience in the purchase; this was an out of state purchase. Initial contact was by phone with Monet Sullivan who (new 2025 RAV4). Had an excellent experience in the purchase; this was an out of state purchase. Initial contact was by phone with Monet Sullivan who did an excellent job locating the vehicle I was looking for and providing an out-the-door price quote. Second contact at the dealership was with Stephanie Lucio, Sales Consultant, who showed the vehicle and coordinated the purchase. Both Monet & Stephanie were exceptional in following up and communicating by text, phone, and email during the purchasing process. Third contact was with Kevin Flynn, Business Manager, who offered options for purchase but didn't try to push a purchase. The purchasing experience was low stress, no hassles, and handled in a friendly professional manner. More

I not only bought my car at Toyota of Nashua but also had 90% of my services there. When I brought it in with concerns regarding my brakes in December, they told me nothing was wrong, it could be ice, it was 90% of my services there. When I brought it in with concerns regarding my brakes in December, they told me nothing was wrong, it could be ice, it was safe to drive, and to keep driving it. Since they are where I've had my services, I trusted what they said. Two months later it was still making the same noise, and it had gotten a little warmer so obviously no ice stuck. I brought it to IRA Toyota, and it was diagnosed it as a missing mounting bolt which is something that has been missing or loose for a while causing damage to my car and that the car had been unsafe for a while. Now Toyota of Nashua is blaming another mechanic and myself instead of accepting that they did not do their due diligence by checking out the vehicle. I am also disappointed that their service director, Jeff Price, told me "I'm only looking for someone to blame" when they're doing exactly that by first blaming another mechanic and then when that didn't work blaming me and saying that "It's clearly safe to drive if I’ve been driving it". I was also told that it wasn't their problem and that I was the one at fault. They refused to take responsibility for any wrongdoing and now expect me to pay thousands of dollars to fix something that could’ve been avoided had they checked the vehicle out correctly the first time. As someone who has limited car knowledge, I take full responsibility that I trusted the wrong people who while providing questionable service also provided terrible customer service. I think consumers should be weary before using Toyota of Nashua for their car service needs. More
