Went in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Found out I needed a complete brake job to pass inspection. This took close to 6 hrs to complete and cost close to two thousand dollars. I had arranged prior to arrival to test drive a new vehicle. I test drove the 2024 Grand Highlander platinum because they didn't have any Grand Highlander Max's on the lot. While waiting for truck to be done a friend who bought a new Signia arrived to pick up her new vehicle and offered to drive me home and then bring me back when mine was ready. I texted Tammy to get an estimate time line and after waiting 20 minutes I told my friend to go ahead and leave. Tammy got back to me 35 minutes after I texted her, about ten minutes after my friend left. More

Jose Mora was awesome! He had to order our new car. He kept us updated as to when it was expected. We were able to test drive it and purchase it all in the same day when He had to order our new car.
