Tom in the service department was great- he provided great service was very courteous - I then had an appointment with your sales dept - I was told in a previous phone conversation that I could lower my great service was very courteous - I then had an appointment with your sales dept - I was told in a previous phone conversation that I could lower my lease by as much as a potential of $47. Per month or at least match the current lease . The salesperson came back & stated my lease would be $100. more per month & possibly a down payment . My wife & I both lease cars from you but this is probably the last time - very disappointed how you mislead people to schedule appointments - I have leased Toyotas for quite a while now but after what happened probably go with another car company altogether - don’t think corporate would like your process - very disapointed More

We waited two hours to get an oil Change, and we had an appointment. While waiting we had to listen to two guys in the parts department swearing up a storm. Every other word was f this or f that.
