Bought a Tacoma on Oct 11th. After all the papers are signed, I'm told the truck needs some repairs. It takes them 3 weeks to do the repairs. Ben offers me $300 as compensation and tells me the check is in the mail. Then Ben started ghosting me. Now he has me blocked. I've asked them several times (Dec 16th, Dec 9th, Nov 19th, Nov. 11th, Nov 7th....) When I spoke the the manager, Steven, he assured me the check was on the way and so sorry for the inconvenience. In retrospect, I can see now he was being sarcastic, and had no intentions on sending me a check. So now, you can keep the money. I can write bad reviews all day long. More
