I went in to Toyota of Nashua for an alignment and they fired over $3000 in repairs. I left and instead went to a local well know alignment shop and they did the work without any trouble. Purchased. 2024 Toyota Tacoma limited with a Missing a front JBL Portable. Speaker. Never realized this until the next morning and looking a hole in my dashboard.I believe this is something your prep person should have Caught. If not that person then the salesmen. It became an inconveniences having to return to the dealership and confront the salesmen regarding this issue.He placed an order for the speaker and it would arrive in 3-4 days he called to do a check on how I was with the truck. I had to do a reminder check with him regarding the speaker issues, told me he would call me back regarding this. called back and Instructed me that it has arrived and would be at the parts/service Department.that's were I would have to go to retrieve the speaker and that's another story.. driving their and back.driving their driving back.was a was a inconvenience and Unacceptable..with all the new Technology And options I don't feel anyone took the time to explained anything..I'm ok with the deal I made and at the same time I feel I left enough money on the table that the dealership and salesmen made out for a decent day{I know I did} this is the 2nd Toyota Tacoma I've Purchase from Nashua Toyota.
