Thanks to Julia, I had the best car-buying experience of my life. I flew in to Manchester (from Virginia) where Julia had arranged for my pick up and transport to the dealership via Courtesy Shuttle service my life. When I arrived she treated me to some snacks before the test drive. The car (2005 Volvo XC70) was exactly as described, absolutely no short-comings. After paperwork began, Julia was kind enough to treat me to lunch. When we returned from lunch, she led me to the gift shop where she loaded me up with lots of goodies for the long drive back to Virginia. Once all the 'Hancocks' were sorted out, I was on my way and never had to look back. Despite the 12 hour drive home, I would do it all again for the same experience. When I'm ready for another vehicle I will look to Julia Lee Zanella at Toyota of Nashua first. More
