My Toyota Experience at Naperville Toyota Pat and I have had three Toyota experiences at Naperville Toyota and all have been excellent. First we purchased a Prius which we still own and then t Pat and I have had three Toyota experiences at Naperville Toyota and all have been excellent. First we purchased a Prius which we still own and then traded a Chrysler Town and Country for a 2012 Camry. Robert Kieda took care of that sale. Everything went very smoothly thanks to Robert. Just recently, we took the Camry in for service and while we waited, we decided to browse the show-room and ran into Robert. Before being notified of our service being completed Robert had convinced us to test drive a 2014 Avalon. Long story short, the Avalon is sitting in our garage in place of the Camry. Robert is a great salesman an he makes everything go very smoothly. We would both recommend him to our friends. More
Came in for service and ended up buying a car! I brought my 2003 Avalon in for service. Walked into the showroom and struck up a conversation with Dave Zidlicky. Next thing you know we are lookin I brought my 2003 Avalon in for service. Walked into the showroom and struck up a conversation with Dave Zidlicky. Next thing you know we are looking at 'slightly used' Avalons in stock. one thing lead to another and after 2 hours - signed paperwork on a 2013 Avalon. They kept my old one in service and I drove away in a 'newer' car with a nice warranty. And how much? Talk to Dave Z. He makes deals happen. More

Great service I was considering buying a used Toyota from a different place. I was trying it out for a few days and the check engine light came on. It needed a smal I was considering buying a used Toyota from a different place. I was trying it out for a few days and the check engine light came on. It needed a small part which they replaced the same day I called. Then I asked if they would buy this car. They said yes until they looked at the mechanics notes on the car that said at one time it was down 3 quarts of oil when it was serviced in New York. No way to tell how long the car was running hot. I didn't buy the vehicle and was very grateful for everyone's help. Super folks with good ethics. More

I had just bought my first new car from Toyota of Naperville. I wanted the remote start on my car. I had dropped my car off at noon and they said it would most likely to be overnight. They gave me a Naperville. I wanted the remote start on my car. I had dropped my car off at noon and they said it would most likely to be overnight. They gave me a loaner with no problems. Courteous an professional staff made my experience wonderful. So in about 5 hours I have gotten a call to pick up my care. Surprised on how fast they had my car finish. When i came back David had shown me how to use my new remote start. He was so nice to me. I will continue with all of my service threw Toyota of Naperville.. More
i usually go with the flow and never leave any reviews. for me to say something is bad. the service lady receptionist was the only good part of my experience. i had a hesitation problem with my stick shift for me to say something is bad. the service lady receptionist was the only good part of my experience. i had a hesitation problem with my stick shift corolla. the problem only existed when the car had been driving for twenty consistent minutes or so. the tech said he couldn't raise the problem by driving it in the parking lot. i took this tech out for a drive and i got it to start hesitating very lightly. he said it was the way i was driving the stick and i was giving it to much rpm. i gave it some more rpm than usual so i could show him the problem even tho the hesitation happens when driving normally. he again said the same thing and didn't seem to interested in the problem and acted as if he did' nt have the time. i have been driving this car for a while and i have driven a stick my whole life and i am 99percent sure it is not the way i am driving the car. i explained how bad the car hesitates after a long drive, since i felt he didnt care, and yet he seemed to have no explanation of what the problem might be. i understand he wont know what the exact problem is but his overall attitude put a bad taste in my mouth. maybe he was having a bad day but a professional would at least engage with a customer. im sure you have many good employees and it was just my luck today, but you have lost my business. More
