Me being a female I came in by my self . 1st mistake going back and forth with the salesman was interesting was trying to give me $300 for a used 2002 Ford Explorer. Well I eventually bought a 2016 Toyota Camry. Well I have had the car since April 2016 came in for 5000 scheduled maintenance and a month later went on a cruise for 7 days to come home to check engine light I bought the extended warranty and I see why I had to buy it my first choice was an Honda Accord. Should of bought the Honda Accord I think I bought a headache. I waited a year to buy a new car and look what I bought check engine light with only 6000 miles on the car. Debbie Epps More

Amazing service at the Service Department!!! I bought a new Toyota Camry a couple of years ago. I had problems with the blue tooth and door locks ever since. I have been to countless Toyota deale I bought a new Toyota Camry a couple of years ago. I had problems with the blue tooth and door locks ever since. I have been to countless Toyota dealerships with no progress in diagnosing the problem. I met with the service manager Chris Nesbitt. You would think I was a long time friend or family member by how I was treated. Kelsie, the service attendant, Chris Roach and virtually all of the employees are first class. I didn't even purchase my vehicle here! I was given a courtesy car and my car was diagnosed and all of my questions were answered. The corporate tech was actually called in to help with the diagnosis. I am a sales representative myself. It was truly refreshing to be treated with honesty and integrity. Chris did not give up, but continued working on my car until the problem was diagnosed. I will not only purchase all of my future Toyotas here but refer others to this rare dealership! Best service department ever! I moved to Naperville from another town so I did not purchase my Sequia here but I do have it serviced by them.
