This car has had few problems (100+K miles), but support has been excellent. More
Great service above and beyond expectations My wife, 4 yr old son, and I were driving back to Iowa City from Chicago, when I noticed a red liquid leaking from the engine. Luckily we found Toyota of Naperville nearby and drove there. Mike was great! He kept on top of things, emphasized to the service guys the importance of getting us back on to road. He also retrieved our son's car seat and installed it in a loaner car for use during the 4 hour water pump replacement repair. We also loved the comfort and amenities in the waiting area. My son loved the good WiFi. I have used the Toyota dealership in Iowa City and thought their high level of service was an "Iowa nice" thing, but clearly it is a Toyota thing as Mike and the Naperville team showed me! More

Great customer service I received a nail in my front tire of my new camry and was worried to drive it since I drive the toll way so I came into the dealership to have it loo I received a nail in my front tire of my new camry and was worried to drive it since I drive the toll way so I came into the dealership to have it looked at and worried that this would cost me a new tire. I spoke to Robin which she immediately got my car into the shop to have it looked at. And to my surprise it was a small screw and no repair was needed. Thank you so much for the quick and super customer servicer that I was in and out during my lunch hour and made it back to work on time. Thank you Robin for the great service. More

I have been having issues with my tires fo Thanks to Harvey Nyien today 9/27/16. He was our salesman two years ago when we purchased a 2014 Camry XLE. I have been having issues with my tires for more than the past nine months. Started noticing vibration and annoying noise around 17k miles. Had checked at 19k and it was confirmed the tires were defective but Bridgestone wouldn't do anything and this dealership only offered minimal dollar assistance. Had reason to bring car in for tire losing air today. While browsing the showroom I saw and greeted Harvey. He still remembered me. After brief owner dissatisfaction conversation Harvey was able to waive the cost of todays repair and introduced me to the Service manager where we were able to mutually agree on a tire replacement at 27k miles. Thanks to Harvey, customer satisfaction is his major priority. More
