Great Service I brought my 2008 4 Runner in yesterday for scheduled maintenance and also because my rear defroster and rear windshield wiper weren't working. Right I brought my 2008 4 Runner in yesterday for scheduled maintenance and also because my rear defroster and rear windshield wiper weren't working. Right away my service advisor, Mike Librizzi asked if the rear window was open- I didn't think so- but he told me that if it were open only a tiny bit, that it would disengage those functions. Sure enough that was exactly the problem. These guys know their cars and I was relieved that I wasn't going to have a huge repair bill! They have a rewards program, that you don't have to do any thing for- each time I come in it always seems that they take something off the bill. Also Mike provided me with a $10 off coupon. It was a short and pleasant wait and I drove off with my old SUV looking sharp after a free car wash! I've been a customer here for many years and I've always been pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the whole staff. Working with Mike Librizzi yesterday was a pleasure. Thanks! More

Mike went out of his way to make sure our car was in proper working condition and ready to go for our trip. This type is service is the standard at Toyota of Naperville as we have been bringing our truck there for over 7 years. We will continue to be loyal customers and recommend the dealer. More
