Great customer service! I have been servicing my vehicles at Toyota of Naperville for the past 10 years. But about 5 years ago I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Librizzi, and I can honestly say that I would not go elsewhere. Everytime I stop in Mr. Librizzi always has a big smile on his face and never makes me feel like a customer, but instead like a friend; he always goes out of his way to help. If I could give Mr. Librizzi more than 5 stars I would, because he has set the bar very high for others. And for this very reason I just purchased another vehicle at Toyota of Naperville. Great, Quick Service I went in for scheduled maintenance on my car. I also wanted them to look at the steering wheel because it was making a clicking sound. It turned out I went in for scheduled maintenance on my car. I also wanted them to look at the steering wheel because it was making a clicking sound. It turned out that something was wrong with the cables inside the steering wheel, but they didn't have the parts in stock to fix it. So they rushed the parts needed to fix my vehicle from a supplier and I got it back the same day! Mike did a great job keeping me informed about the status and getting me back on the road. More

Best customer service I purchased a used 2012 Ford Fusion and found out after 2.5 months that one of the tires had a defective inner belt that was causing the car to steer I purchased a used 2012 Ford Fusion and found out after 2.5 months that one of the tires had a defective inner belt that was causing the car to steer as if it was out of alignment. Even though I purchased the car used (as is) the service adviser, Caleb O'Neil, made sure that the tire was replaced with a new one at no charge. He handled it quickly and courteously. More
