I was recently in the market for a new car. I currently owned a Highlander and was looking for a new model. Chris Davis was our sales person. He was very pleasant to work with. It wasn't our plan to buy a car at all, we were actually more interesting how we can trade in our old car and possibly buy a new car. We found a car that we liked (new Toyota Camry 2011), and it turned out more interesting how we can trade in our old car and possibly buy a new car. We found a car that we liked (new Toyota Camry 2011), and it turned out that we were given a really good deal. We accepted it. We were very happy with the price and estimated monthly payment. While we were waiting the final contract, the guy who worked closely with our sales girl, came back and offered us higher price instead because he didn't calculate everything correctly first time. We were very disappointed at the end cause we had to pay higher price and not the one we were given for the very first time. We went home without buying a new car and thought about everything......while we were disappointed on one side cause they couldn't give us the price that was offered first time, we found that it was still kind a good deal for us - and came back tomorrow to close the deal. Of course, they were all very sorry for what happened and we know that these things are happening, but at the end we are the ones that have to make a payment every month. All in all they were all very friendly and they were trying to do their best. Maybe that is why we came back, bought the car and even referred them to our friend - who also ended up buying a new car. I came in for a one-year tuneup on my 2010 Highlander, and decided to ask a sales consultant about getting an iPod adapter for my car. Then he explained how to load the free Pandora app on my iPhone so I would have my own personal radio in my car and everywhere I go. Thx Leo! I also found the assistant service manager, Jeff Suva, to be extremely customer-focused. Instead of trying to sell me a bunch of services I didn't need, he advised me of an open recall that they'd take care of and promise to take care of the tire pressure warning on my console. He was definitely saving me money and I appreciate his integrity and honesty. Lastly, the waiting room was impeccable- with free drinks, Intenet, large screen TVs, and plenty of comfy chairs. Best car dealership waiting room I've ever experienced!!! More
Dave was a great person. He was genuinely caring and was an advocate for us. We traded in two cars, a 2001 Sable and a 1995 Corvette. I bought my third car from Toyota of Naperville this last Saturday. My household had had a financial reversal and the monthly paymnet on my car had become too much. And then set to work to find me a car I could afford when I traded in my Rav4. Everyone (and I mean the entire team) worked with Jacob to make this work for me. Toyota of Naperville has always been wonderful; their service department included. That is why even after I moved and they were no longer the closest Toyota dealer to my home, I just drove further and went back to them. But they went above and beyond this time...with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. And I will never forget it. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Go see Jacob and his team. We called the dealership in advance to ask about a payment option. We spoke to a business representative who took our name and directed us to contact a specific manager upon our arrival. Bill greeted us right away and introduced us to the manager. The manager left us in the capable hands of Bill. We sat down with Bill and discussed what we were looking for and some options. Then we looked at cars on the floor to determine how much space was in the back seat. He left to get information regarding a used vehicle and brought the complete packet of information including the Carfax report. We decided we wanted to look at new cars as well. He directed us to the lounge area for restrooms and drinks while he went to pull up some cars to the front. The restroom was beautiful and modern and clean. The bottled water was nice and cold. Bill sat in the back while my husband took it for a test drive on a specific test track where we could safely explore its features. I drove it too. We came back and Bill figured out the total cost. He worked as a team member to come up with some creative options for us. We decided to buy it and proceeded to finish up the paperwork while our car was readied for us. Bill ensured we were well educated on the car's features before we left. We came in late and they stayed well after closing time. It was a beautiful modern dealership with friendly professional team members. I have bought 3 Toyotas so far and this was by far the most pleasant experience yet. More
