At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy an extra option that I did not want. It felt like a partnership with him, and with every other member of the team. He has followed up with me several times already, to make sure that I'm happy with my purchase, and to ask if I have any questions he could answer. Excellent customer service by the Justin Buck, the saleperson on this transaction. This was a company lease and was a little more "complex" than a normal transaction, and he stayed with the transacti saleperson on this transaction. I went into the dealership with a budget. I was greeting right away by Dave. He was very interested in what I was looking for and showed me serval different type of cars. When I thought I had found the right car he took my daughter and I on a test drive and showed us all the cars positive qualities. He did not pressure us or direct us in any one direction. He was open to answering all of our questions and working within our budget. After talking with Dave and test driving the car I decided that this car was the one for me. After all the paper work was completed Dave did show me how to work all the different parts of the car. He was very patient and very concerned that I was comfortable with the car before leaving the lot. He also informed me that at any given time that I had a question to come in and he would help me out. Overall the whole experience of buying a new car while within a budget was a made to be a relaxing thanks to Dave. Everyone else that we worked with on this day was also very kind and patient.
