I went looking for a new car, and Mike Beck was great. He showed the styles of the cars on the budget I was looking for. He also taught me how to use the emergency parking brake, was very patience and set up showed the styles of the cars on the budget I was looking for. Before I left with my new car, he did a quick review of all the equipment that the car comes with, the radio and how to record favorite stations, the blue tooth as I mentioned earlier, the parking brake, and the list goes on and on. He also showed where is the Service station. I thought this dealer is very nice, the price is good too. and I love the fact that they offer courtesy rentals when your car has to be in for few days, so I don't need to keep bothering my friends for rides. I recommend this dealer. More

He was friendly, personable, helpful, and he honored all agreements I made regarding the new Toyota vehicle (to get the color I did everything right. Salesman, Damian m. Kozak was great and very helpful, i was hoping more on the trade in but they moved numbers and it worked out great. it wasn't hard to decline upgrades like the 3m molding when i purchas was hoping more on the trade in but they moved numbers and it worked out great. it wasn't hard to decline upgrades like the 3m molding when i purchased and the financing was simple since i printed out rates from chase and bank of america which helps me get the best rate. would really only buy from here only because i know they will work with the price, some of their used vehicles are overpriced, like a 66k mile rav4 for $18k is horrid but they'll work with your trade and help you so its always worth a shot to try toyota of naperville. I found this dealership to be less than credible. I was upfront and clear I was interested in purchasing a new car for the full amount by check, with no financing. In our price negotiation, the salesman included a rebate to reduce the overall price. The salesman, sales manager, and I agreed on a final price. When it came time to complete the purchase, another sales manager informed that in order to get the rebate, I had to take financing. The original salesperson and sales manager left for the day and could not be found. The second sales manager was pressuring me into something that was outside of the original sales agreement. At that moment I walked out and I never intend to visit this dealership again. I purchased a new Toyota from a different dealership which I found to be more honest and ethical. Be very wary when or if you shop at Naperville Toyota. More
