Justin was low-pressure and easy going, and he answered nearly all of my questions about the Lexus before I could even ask them. Time was taken and no pressure was put on me at all -- I knew what the decision would be, and I just took my time. After driving it around the cool 'test track' complete with graded road, hill, backing into a driveway, and wet braking, I asked if we could take it up to the expressway, so we went on another fast ride in the Lexus. The hybrid synergy drive really kicks out power -- great product, fine service, attentive to detail. Much appreciated!
