My wife and I had already done the research and decided the Toyota Prius was the car of choice due to the need for fuel efficiency in both local and highway streets. We had a bad experience during a prior Toyota purchase, not at this dealership, and had decided not to purchase another Toyota again. The Prius was truly our only reason to go back into a Toyota dealership. That being said, the staff at Naperville Toyota has changed our minds, and we were very pleased with the overall experience and will have no issues going back and purchasing another car at this dealership. Chris Davis was an excellent salesman, did not put any of the typical sales pressure on us, listened to our needs and worked with us to get the vehicle we were looking for. He and the manager also worked to get the price we were looking for as well. I would highly recommend working with Chris when purchasing a car. David Kabanda was a pleasure to work with when dealing with accessories. The typical sell encouragement was there, but did not over pressure when realizing we were fine with our selection. He did however, bring up some options we did not know were avaialable and did want to add...such as door guards. Dave Castellanos was extremely professional and helpful during the financing portion of the deal. He assisted in figuring out the overall cost of the loan, and did not pressure to upsell service and warranty. He worked with me to obtain the warranty I wanted, and informative on my other options, but did not pressure to take something I did not want or need. Overall - This dealership changed my mind on Toyota!! More

David Zidlicky is a fantastic salesman. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He was very nice to my wife and kids. If you are looking for a Toyota (or any of numerous other used makes), I knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He was very nice to my wife and kids. He responded to our needs, found us a vehicle we love, and completed the sale promptly and without a lot of hassle. The dealership is clean and organized. They appear to have a very large stock of new and used vehicles. Despite the fact that we purchased a new vehicle (and hope I won't need the service department, at least not right away!), I am actually looking forward to using the one at Naperville Toyota. It is big and appears to have a very cool waiting area. More
Had not given much thought to purchasing a new car but Chris called and asked about trading my 08 Camry with 88000+ miles. When I went into the dealership I was instructed to ask for Omer. Omer introduced me to Dave Zidlicky, who was to be my sales associate. Dave was very friendly, understanding, honest and patient. We sat for a few minitues and discussed my 08. I first told him about my long drives to Chicago to work and my concern about the cost of gas. That was my motivation for purchasing a Hybrid. I explained that I owned a large hairy dog and cloth seats wouldn't work for me so I needed leather. He listened attentively asking questions here and there until he had a clear understanding of the type of car I would be interested in. All the while he was searching inventory. He found the perfect match in a 2011 Camry Hybrid. He and Manny worked diligently to come up with a price that I would feel comfortable with. I drove away in a 2011 Camry Hybrid minus the 88,000+ miles. Dave didn't pressure me into a sales and he didn't talk fast so as to confuse me, he didn't rush me and I felt I had time to think about my decision. Talking to him and Manny was like talking to old friends. I would return to Toyota of Naperville for my next purchase and I can highly recomend Dave to friends and family interested in purchasing a new car. When I left not only did I have a new car I felt like I made new friends. Happy with my car but more importantly happy with the sales process! More

Moreover the sales people tried to sell the vehicle by hook or crook. But our visit was pleasantly different when we visited Toyota of Naperville. We were greeted by Mr Dave Zidlicky as soon as we entered the dealership. And thanks to him our experience was very pleasant one with his forthright style without the usual sales gimmicks. He was honest about the terms and conditions and about the different vehicles we considered . There were no usual hassles in negotiating the price and about an hour's time we were able to select the vehicle of our choice.Once we made up our mind the things moved so fast we were able to drive out with the car our choice with new plates and other formalities completed in less another than 40 minutes time. We greatly appreciate the role of all people who helped us select the vehicle of our choice with least botheration and minimum time possible. We have no hesitation in recommending "Toyota of Naperville" to our friends also. More

We just had an exceptional experience at Toyota of Naperville, thanks to Chris Davis. We were looking to buy a new Toyota Prius, with a trade-in. At the time, we had only visited Lombard Toyota and Naperville, thanks to Chris Davis. We were looking to buy a new Toyota Prius, with a trade-in. At the time, we had only visited Lombard Toyota and it seemed to be a complete nightmare working with them (they kept us at their dealership for a full day playing hardball and we got the strong impression that they weren't being very fair and honest with us). When we visited Toyota of Naperville, Chris Davis took care of us as best he could, and on our terms. He understood our needs, and was very fair, friendly, and honest with us. In the end, he helped us get the right car and at the price we thought was fair (the price we hoped to get). Not only was Chris very friendly and honest, but it seemed to reverberate throughout the entire floor of the entire dealership. Everybody we worked with from start to finish had a great attitude and were upfront with us. To the point, this is one dealership, and salesperson we know we can trust going forward. Even post-purchase, Chris has been very kind in following up with us to make sure we have been fully satisfied. We highly recommend working with Chris! More
