Integrity and honesty is a major concern at this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership either for a new car purchase or service. Although the deal was made to purchase vehicle under $7 dealership. I would not recommend this dealership either for a new car purchase or service. Although the deal was made to purchase vehicle under $750 below the dealer invoice from the manufacturer. Sales consultant did not provide me the dealer invoice after being asked a few times. I continue to ask for the dealer invoice even after the delivery because the numbers did not look right! When I finally got the dealer invoice, it was made-up dealer invoice. It had Toyota Dealer Advertising fee ($450.00) and gasoline fill-up charge! It was made up dealer invoice to match the final sales price. Obviously, manufacturer will not change what dealer pays for their advertising. I came to the dealer because of the sales general manager, Pat O'Brien and I knew if anything goes wrong, he will make it right, which he did! More
This was by far the very best buying experience we have ever had (19 vehicles over 40 years). This is our 4th Toyota, and 1st Highland. No games, no hard pressure, it is a dealership we will be very comfortable recommending and returning to for service of our Highland. He paid attention to our requests, to his customer (my wife), all the while paying particular attention to and respectful of our selection process.
