After 10 years, it was time to trade in my Highlander that I loved so much. I decided to down size to a Rav4 and Harvey took the time to locate the Shoreline Blue Pearl that I wanted so badly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in pointing out the different and new features on the 2013 Rav 4 from my 2003 Highlander. He took me to the test drive track for some practice. He never rushed me or pressured me during this process. This is my 3rd Toyota and I would not buy anything else but a Toyota.
