I am from Central Illinois and made the 2 hour trip to Naperville for my second purchase of a Camry from Dave. I had worked out all the details with Dave before I made the drive and knew I wouldn't be dis Naperville for my second purchase of a Camry from Dave. The customer service at your dealership cannot be matched. I drove away knowing that if I did encounter a problem in the future it would be taken care of. My biggest regret is that I cannot bring the car back to your dealership for the scheduled maintenance as I did with our other Camry. Yes, I made the 2 hour drive knowing that the car was going to be properly taken care of by your service department. I know it will be years before we will be in the market for another car, but be sure we will recommend your dealership and Dave to all our relatives in the Chicagoland area. More

I have rated Toyota of Naperville with the following; Customer service: A 5 very pleasant on the phone and great at returning voices mail in a timely manner. Friendliness; A 5 great sales consultant Leo Lopez I highly recommend he is hard working, above and beyond to help you out,and made sure I was very happy with the purchase of my 06 Honda he also followed up with me on all of my work request for the small fixes that needed to be done to the car. Ask for Leo Lopez, he the best! Over all experience: A 4 I would still go back to Toyota of Naperville for my next car purchase and service. Price; A 3 I still feel I paid $750.00 too much, I must be getting to soft in my old age. More
