Several weeks ago I began to "bird-dog" a new car for my adult daughter and her three kids. At the time she was coming out of a 3 year lease on a RAV4, but circumstances being what they are, buy car for my adult daughter and her three kids. Dave crunched the numbers, to no avail. I believe he truly understood where I was coming from. Even though we could not make a deal then, he offered to keep an eye out for something dependable, cost efficient, and with enough space to accommodate her family's needs. Two days ago, he called and described the perfect alternative to new. A low mileage, dealer maintained Kia mini came in, his thoughts immediately were directed at my daughter's needs. This time the numbers matched; we did the deed! Car buying can be such a hassle; I call it doing the dance. Dave's personality and frankness makes the sometimes tedious process bearable. This is the second car we've gotten from Dave; the first with my other daughter. His demeanor during that transaction made me seek him out now. I change cars like most folks change underwear, it's a vice. Down the road, to quote Arnold, "I'll be back"! This is the six car our family has gotten at Naperville Toyota. An honorable mention should go out to Dan Gulley, because he's the guy who helped get us into daughters RAV4 to start years ago, and assisted me with the purchase of my wife's RAV4 (remember Blue for Red?) This is the first Toyota I have ever owned, a 2013 Camry SE. The car is great, exactly what we were looking for in this style and price range. One of the biggest deciding factors on making this purchase was the salesman, Geoff Sidlow, and the actual physical dealership. I personally do not like the car buying process. Geoff did not make this process difficult or miserable. Just the opposite. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured into buying a car. We ( my wife and I ) actually looked at the Camry about a month before we purchased it. Has Geoff not been so personable and trustworthy, I probably wouldn't have gone back to Toyota of Naperville. I was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership and Geoff to anyone. More

He didnt put any pressure on us when negotiating the price of the vehicle he said it was all up to us and that he would try to his best to get as close to the price we wanted to pay as possible. once we purchased the car Kris introduced me to Push Singh who then explained all of our technology features as good as possible. the worst part of the whole experience with toyota was dealing with the business manager Suha Oner! The whole time we were trying to fill out paperwork he was constantly on his telephone or talking to someone else that walked into the room without excusing himself from our conversation. He did not explain any of the papers that we were signing which was something that i thought was the most important thing he was supposed to do. at the end of dealing with Suha he started a new conversation with someone that walked by in the hallway without thanking me or reaching his hand out to congratulate me on my new purchase which i thought was very disrespectful on his behalf.
