This is the most professional and upfront dealership that I've ever dealt with. The whole staff was polite and was even given a behind the scenes tour of the facility. I would recommend Toyota of Naperville I've ever dealt with. The whole staff was polite and was even given a behind the scenes tour of the facility. I would recommend Toyota of Naperville to anyone that is in the market. It was well worth the 25 min drive to feel at ease More
I went to the dealer to look at the scion tc and to test-drive. I received the normal service with the normal dealership lingo. We went for a test drive and the salesman tried sighing the first 2 minutes on closing the deal. We went back to look at my trade. The manager came out for a meet and great and told me he would give me the most competitive price. After going back and forth we agreed on a price. They told me they would give me what I owed on my trade which was 24k and I was approved for 1.9 for the new one. He made me sign an agreement along with his signature. I came back the next morning as planned with insurance for th new car and my trade cleaned and ready for sale. When I was presented with the paperwork to sign he told me to sign but I wanted to look it over first. My payment jumped up more then 100 bucks and my rate went from 1.9 to 8.6. We went back and fourth again and waited around for three hours. Salemen were talking about me right behind me not knowing I could hear them. I ended up leaving and buying elsewhere. Worst part is the same thing just happened to my friend at the same dealer except he signed the paper work for .0 apr and took the car home. After one week they made him bring the car back because they couldn't get the .0 apr. They told him they best they could do was 5.9. He had already sold his car 2 days after he bought the new one. Now he is the left with no car! This is the most unprofessional dealership filled with crooks. I am beyond angry with this dealership. Gives Toyota a horrible name. More

It took almost two hours for an oil change! After an hour, I asked when it would be finished. I was told soon. I will admit I got a little snippy because I was tired and hungry after working a full da hour, I asked when it would be finished. I was told soon. I will admit I got a little snippy because I was tired and hungry after working a full day. I was also annoyed they didn't tell me it would be such a long wait. I would have simply returned the next day. So I admit I was snippy. Finally, one hour and forty minutes later my (new-less than a year old) car is finished. I go to get in it and notice a big scratch on the drivers door that was absolutely NOT there when I arrived. Needless, to say, I will never, ever, ever return and I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. I'm only hoping that is the only damage they did to my car. There are some really sick people out there! Beware because some or at least one works at Naperville Toyota! More
I walked into this dealership decided on a car (blue camry). Drove it around for a while, decided on a price, etc. Then my Dad and I happened to walk by an Avalon, and after a small discussion between o camry). Drove it around for a while, decided on a price, etc. Then my Dad and I happened to walk by an Avalon, and after a small discussion between ourselves we decided that's what we wanted instead. The dealer had every right to be frustrated with us but he acted very professionally and within the hour we were driving away in my new Avalon. To top it off I got a great deal on my trade-in for a Corolla (best cars for resale value). Anyway, the experience turned me into a repeat customer. More
Omer was fantastic!! He took all the time we needed to show us every detail of the Prius. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy a car. We are still in the process of seaching cars but we will deffinat show us every detail of the Prius. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy a car. Great customer experience! Omer did a thorough job explaining the technical features of the vehicle. He was able to address all of my questions accurately and quickly. Just another big city big dealership trying to rip off the public for sticker price. We heard the nonsense phrase, "What would you like to accomplish today, to make your visit productive." What did the the public for sticker price. We heard the nonsense phrase, "What would you like to accomplish today, to make your visit productive." What did they think we wanted, a game of parchisi? They ignored the woman with two babies and talked to her husband only about a ... minivan. Now who is going to drive that minivan, him or her? The price dropped $3,300 as we walked out the door. We heard the magic lie - We don't make any money selling a car at dealer invoice. Shortly thereafter it was admitted there is $1,000 "holdback" on every car. If you make the mistake of going there, be sure to have a price from Kenosha Toyota in hand. If you beat them hard enough they will match price as you are walking toward the door. More

After a positively awful experience at Toyota Elmhurst, my car was taken to Toyota of Naperville after experiencing a catastrophic mechanical failure (i.e., clutch and transmission needed to be replaced). my car was taken to Toyota of Naperville after experiencing a catastrophic mechanical failure (i.e., clutch and transmission needed to be replaced). First of all, they were very friendly and seemed to empathize with our situation. They gave us a loaner without us even asking. While the car was being serviced, Chris gave us regular updates regarding the status of the vehicle. That helped ease some of the anxiety we were both feeling. Chris also assisted us with filing a claim through Scion regarding the repair (since the car was just past the warranty but experienced a serious failure anyway). The claim was denied but nonetheless, I felt like I actually did something just by filing the claim. The car was fixed two days earlier than expected which was also a nice surprise. Robin the service manager checked in with us to make sure we were happy as she had been receiving regular updates about our situation from Chris as well. She seemed very genuine and we appreciated her reaching out to us. The car is fixed and so far, so good! I do have one complaint, at check-out I asked if there had been any other issues that might need to be addressed with car (new brakes soon, oil change soon, low fluids, etc) and was told that they didn't check. I asked them if they typically do a 40-point inspection on the cars they service and was told they only do that w/ oil changes. Now oil changes are only $29.99 and I just spent $3500.00 in your shop, I think a 40-pt inspection is more than warranted! More
