Chris got back to me with the model information I was looking for as well as competitive pricing. After setting up an appointment, Chris was there to greet me and help me with the decision process. Excellent customer service by the Justin Buck, the saleperson on this transaction. This was a company lease and was a little more "complex" than a normal transaction, and he stayed with the transacti saleperson on this transaction. I went into the dealership with a budget. I was greeting right away by Dave. He was very interested in what I was looking for and showed me serval different type of cars. When I thought I had found the ri right away by Dave. He was very interested in what I was looking for and showed me serval different type of cars. When I thought I had found the right car he took my daughter and I on a test drive and showed us all the cars positive qualities. He did not pressure us or direct us in any one direction. He was open to answering all of our questions and working within our budget. After talking with Dave and test driving the car I decided that this car was the one for me. After all the paper work was completed Dave did show me how to work all the different parts of the car. He was very patient and very concerned that I was comfortable with the car before leaving the lot. He also informed me that at any given time that I had a question to come in and he would help me out. Overall the whole experience of buying a new car while within a budget was a made to be a relaxing thanks to Dave. Everyone else that we worked with on this day was also very kind and patient. We have been looking for a car with great gas mileage, but never owned a Toyota. So, we looked at the Camry due to the wonderful reviews. We still didn't feel that it would benefit us as much as we would but never owned a Toyota. So, we looked at the Camry due to the wonderful reviews. We still didn't feel that it would benefit us as much as we would like it too, so we opted to look for a smaller car like the prius and the corolla. We drove both and thought the corolla was a big small inside but surprisingly was quite impressed with the prius. In checking out a few dealerships in the area, we agreed that the Naperville location was so friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and take all the time we needed in answering our questions, so we purchased the 2011 Prius from them. We received 4 calls in the first 4 days of owning the car from our salesman who was just checking to see if we had any questions or problems with the vehicle. We couldn't have asked for a better sales experience and we are now pleased to be a part of the Toyota Family. Thank you and we are looking forward to many years of gas savings while getting 50+ mpg!
