I have rated Toyota of Naperville with the following; Customer service: A 5 very pleasant on the phone and great at returning voices mail in a timely manner. Quality of work: A 4 it was good but, had to come back 2 times for the radio / cd repair. I also think finance could have done a better on the interest rate on thee car loan. Friendliness; A 5 great sales consultant Leo Lopez I highly recommend he is hard working, above and beyond to help you out,and made sure I was very happy with the purchase of my 06 Honda he also followed up with me on all of my work request for the small fixes that needed to be done to the car. Ask for Leo Lopez, he the best! Over all experience: A 4 I would still go back to Toyota of Naperville for my next car purchase and service. Price; A 3 I still feel I paid $750.00 too much, I must be getting to soft in my old age. More

This was my first visit to a Toyota/Scion dealership. I had not considered this make of car but left with a Scion and was very pleased.
