This was my first visit to a Toyota/Scion dealership. I had not considered this make of car but left with a Scion and was very pleased. Dealership employees are friendly and professional. Bill was standing outside and greeted me immediately. After assessing my needs in a new car, he brought it around and we went to the test track. Bill explained many of the differences between my Solara and the new Rav4 and also the similarities. The price negotiation was not unpleasant, never felt pressured. The high finance rate was the only negative aspect of the transaction. With money so cheap, I feel Toyota is making a mistake in not offering no or small cost financing. Eren and John presented themselves professionally and were very pleasant. All in all the dealorship was beautiful and the experience was postive. More
