We are very satisfied with our experience at Naperville Toyota. The sales person, Jacob Basathia, was very nice. He is also very knowledgeable, with many years of experience, and answered all questions we had in a professional way, without being pushy like most dealers are. He figured out quickly what we wanted, and came back with the right kind of color, trim and features on cars that we would actually buy. The negotiating process was very short and hassle-free compare to our previous experiences. In less that half an hour we got a good deal on our new Camry, which still drives like the best car in the world, and has all electronic features that make the family happy. This is our fifth Toyota. Like for the others, we hope to keep this one happily for at least 10 years or 150k miles, and without any kind of repairments. Great job, Jacob Basathia!
