When faced with the task of buying a replacement vehicle foe my father who lived several states away, I thought to narrow the car choices and to contact dealers in his local area. My sister and I wanted to foe my father who lived several states away, I thought to narrow the car choices and to contact dealers in his local area. My sister and I wanted to surprise him with reliable wheels that would boast our love and concern, while answering reliability and style. I was able to narrow the search to three possibilities: the Mercedes E class and the Toyota Camry or Avalon. And yes price was a factor but call it guilt or love, we were most concerned about safety and performance. In my father's town i found a few Toyota choices but I was terribly confused about the features and pricing between Avalon and Camry. To solve this I called Dave Zidlicky, the sales representative who had helped me make an excellent choice for my firstborn son. That had been a Camry from Toyota of Naperville. I got Dave on the phone to ask if I could work my deal with him and have the car delivered to a remote location. Dave was terrific: he welcomed my query and explained the differences between the two Toyota options. He also shared with me that he had the perfect car in inventory. He felt the AVALON, the warranty options, the price, etc. properly answered my wish list. Leaving work early that day, I was certain I had solved the 'dad needs a new car issue' and I made my way to the dealership, where I was welcomed with a friendly smile to view what would become a dream for my father. Dave had the car ready for my viewing and carefully went over the details of the 2011 Acvalon that was soon to be my choice. We went for a test drive, which was more like an educational field trip and talked over the options available to me. You see the car had everything I had hoped except for leather seats. By this time Dave was committed to delivering the perfect product to my dad and he came up with the perfect solution. When we arrived back at the dealership he engaged the department that would have the cloth seats replaced with leather and what ease and comfort I felt with Dave at the helm. The car was delivered at the end of the week and is now parked in my father's driveway. In terms of price, product, service, and ease of transacting Dave Zidlicky and the team that supported his stellar performance have made a family of folk extremely happy. Even more, he has made me appreciate what great salesmanship can accomplishment. Dave had the opportunity to speak with my father after I made the drive to Alabama...David he smiled without reserve after speaking with you as he passed the phone back to me. What a great experience for all of us. Thank you. More

I live in Alsip so it was quite a hike out to Naperville. The only reason my wife and I decided to drive the distance was that my brother, Pete Murrin, works at the dealership and suggested we stop by. This The only reason my wife and I decided to drive the distance was that my brother, Pete Murrin, works at the dealership and suggested we stop by. This was our first car buying experience. Our Sale Consultant, Dave Zidlicky, made it an experience to remember. I've been scoping car lots for the past two months and have not run into a nicer more professional gentleman like Dave. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Dan Wolf Toyota of Naperville and make sure they ask for Dave. Also, I will make it a point to travel the distance if any maintenance or service is needed for I'm fully confident in Pete's knowledge and Service Staff to make sure the job is done right!!! He was very pleasant to deal with and we left very happy with our purchase. He took the time to make sure that we understood all the aspects of the deal even though it was so late in the evening and everyone was very likely to be getting ready to go home. Kris is an asset to your company and we would like to thank him for such a wonderful experience. More

My husband and I came into the dealership originally a few weeks ago after a call from someone on the Toyota team to see if we were in the market for a new vehicle since our Tacoma was 6 years old. We tho few weeks ago after a call from someone on the Toyota team to see if we were in the market for a new vehicle since our Tacoma was 6 years old. We thought - why not? - let's take a look. Not because we didn't like our Tacoma any longer - we still did. Great truck. 100,000 miles on it. Never had a problem with it! However, we were thinking of giving the truck to one of our kids - so it was time to get something for us. At first, we took a look at the Camry thinking we'd switch over from a truck to a car. After taking a drive (the Camry was a nice ride) and thinking about it, we weren't sure if we wanted to switch to a car or not. We went home to think it over. We came back again this weekend after deciding we wanted to stay with a truck or an SUV. Our salesperson was Robert Kieda. After telling him what we needed from a vehicle and what kind of payment we needed for our budget, he directed us to the best vehicles to choose from that met our criteria - and we decided on a great 4Runner. It was a pleasant buying experience. We left with the perfect vehicle that we needed both for business and pleasure - and it met our budget needs. We have taken our Tacoma there for service also - same great experience. What impressed us most about this dealership was that everyone that connects with the customer is friendly and professional. We drove back home from dropping my car off for service at a Buick dealership. Drove by the Toyota dealership. Since we had talked about replacing my wife's car, we stopped by -- I wanted her to see the V at a Buick dealership. Drove by the Toyota dealership. Since we had talked about replacing my wife's car, we stopped by -- I wanted her to see the Venza, which I had seen at my work's parking lot -- to see if she liked it. Well, she did. So we decided to do a test drive. Dwight was very friendly and very patient with us. We test drove, we asked them to check out my wife's car while we did the test drive. We liked the Venza, so we agreed to come in and talk more. Customer Service: great, everybody very friendly, very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure, despite it being a Saturday and having plenty of customers. Quality of Work: didn't rate, didn't apply Friendliness: see customer service, everybody was very friendly, we went for the after market parking sensors and navigation system, Erin from after market parts explained the options and showed us what they would look like. Overall Experience: well, read all of the above :) I think you can tell that we were pleased! Price: I do think we overall got a good price with a minimum of haggling. Don't like haggling over a $100 here or there, but what really ticks me off is if they start out with a low ball offer -- either for the new car or the trade in. The selling price they initially offered was in the ballpark, but the trade in was several thousand too low. When I expressed my disappointment, they went to KBB online, picked "fair" (it's really in "good" condition) and low and behold, the trade in value was several thousands higher. They quickly redid their offer, but at that point I wanted to go home and check the numbers myself on my own computer. Besides this initial offer for my trade, pricing and the negotiations (really just a series of very friendly phone calls) went really well and I didn't feel they wanted to take advantage of us. More

We had a bad experience during a prior the Toyota Prius was the car of choice due to the need for fuel efficiency in both local and highway streets. We had a bad experience during a prior Toyota purchase, not at this dealership, and had decided not to purchase another Toyota again. The Prius was truly our only reason to go back into a Toyota dealership. That being said, the staff at Naperville Toyota has changed our minds, and we were very pleased with the overall experience and will have no issues going back and purchasing another car at this dealership. Chris Davis was an excellent salesman, did not put any of the typical sales pressure on us, listened to our needs and worked with us to get the vehicle we were looking for. He and the manager also worked to get the price we were looking for as well. I would highly recommend working with Chris when purchasing a car. David Kabanda was a pleasure to work with when dealing with accessories. The typical sell encouragement was there, but did not over pressure when realizing we were fine with our selection. He did however, bring up some options we did not know were avaialable and did want to add...such as door guards. Dave Castellanos was extremely professional and helpful during the financing portion of the deal. He assisted in figuring out the overall cost of the loan, and did not pressure to upsell service and warranty. He worked with me to obtain the warranty I wanted, and informative on my other options, but did not pressure to take something I did not want or need. Overall - This dealership changed my mind on Toyota!! More
