Very good experience with Alain Vilma. We'd highly recommend him. We were very happy with the car and the price. The only thing that kept this from being a five-star experience was the hard sell for t recommend him. We were very happy with the car and the price. The only thing that kept this from being a five-star experience was the hard sell for the extended warranty at the end. We declined but the business manager (not Alain) kept pushing it and telling us about all the things that could go wrong with the car. He dropped the price four times, and when we still politely declined, he made us feel like we did something wrong. Not the way I expected to be treated after dropping $30,000 at the dealership. Like I said, my wife and I liked everything else about Toyota of Naperville, so we'd most likely go back. But I just wish that it didn't end by enforcing the worst negative stereotypes of car dealerships. More
