I went to Toyota of Naperville specifically to work with Jacob and he did not disappoint. Not only did he enable my husband and I to get a new car for only $30 a month more than we had expected to pay for Jacob and he did not disappoint. Not only did he enable my husband and I to get a new car for only $30 a month more than we had expected to pay for a used one, he made the entire process seamless and pain free. I had stopped at the dealership the day before in order to get the paperwork started and when we went in the next morning our financials had all been taken care of. There was no hassle, no waiting, and we left the dealership with our new car three hours after arriving. We are very pleased with our purchase and with the fine help we had in making it. We will be returning to Toyota of Naperville next time we need a new vehicle. And if Jacob is still there we will certainly be working with him. More
