Toyota of Naperville was absolutely impressive. Everyone that we dealt with seemed not only to have our best interest at heart, but also gave the impression that they were happy to be there. We are used to dealershiops that constantly try to get as much money out of you as possible. These guys understood that we are a family with four kids who had just had another car go down and tried to help. Our salesperson, Chris Davis was unbelievable. He let our four-year old daughter play on his computer and pretend like she was working there. He always went out of his way to make sure the kids were taken care of and he did everything that he could to make sure that we were getting the car we needed, not the car he wanted us to buy. I wish that all car salesmen were like Chris Davis, the best I have ever dealt with! He impressed us as a truly good person who has more in his heart than just making money. Overall, this dealership was outstanding and we would be happy to send anybody there! More

Mike Beck was very pleasant to work with and gave us a decent price on our new Highlander. While the price wasn't as good as I hoped it could be, we both left with a price we could live with. Mike's attitude made the difference for us between walking to another dealer to get a better deal or making the sale on the car we wanted. It was very low pressure (until we got to the business manager) and we enjoyed that. The only reason Toyota of Naperville is marked good instead of great was the high pressure from the business manager to sell us on extended warranties and service. We thought we were going to talk financing options but instead got a lengthy sales pitch on extended warranties and never really got much from him on financing options. More
David did a great job of working with me and my husband and 2 children. He was very respectful that this was a family decision, and worked hard with us to meet our budget and other needs. David made the difference....we wanted to buy from him. He is professional, knowledgable, patient and a great listener. I had a great experience working with Sales Manager, Chris Roach. The paint started chipping off of my dash. He suggested a company that visits the dealership a couple of days per week. If I owned a business, I would hire Chris in a minute. Ceasar in "parts" was great also. Everyone is really nice. You can tell they like working there. I would only buy my cars there. When I eventually chose one to buy, he explained each step of the process, and introduced me to each person in the dealership that I would be working with along the way. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy an extra option that I did not want. It felt like a partnership with him, and with every other member of the team. He has followed up with me several times already, to make sure that I'm happy with my purchase, and to ask if I have any questions he could answer. All in all, I'm very happy with my new car, the purchase process, and Chris in particular. More

Chris got back to me with the model information I was looking for as well as competitive pricing. After setting up an appointment, Chris was there to greet me and help me with the decision process. He was prepared, professional and really nice. I'm very satisfied with my purchase (and the price). I would recommend paying him a visit if you're in the market for a Toyota! More
