Everyone worked so hard to help us get the exact car we wanted at the price we wanted. When a problem with our previous bank came up David Castellanos went to work and solved our problem with kindness and wanted at the price we wanted. When a problem with our previous bank came up David Castellanos went to work and solved our problem with kindness and respect. David Zisk was patient and attentive as we took a while to finally come in ;) Karen Pannell happily changed paperwork and gave us a loaner we wanted when we had care package done on our new Venza. Thank you ALL :) More
My husband and I came into the dealership originally a few weeks ago after a call from someone on the Toyota team to see if we were in the market for a new vehicle since our Tacoma was 6 years old. We tho few weeks ago after a call from someone on the Toyota team to see if we were in the market for a new vehicle since our Tacoma was 6 years old. We thought - why not? - let's take a look. Not because we didn't like our Tacoma any longer - we still did. Great truck. 100,000 miles on it. Never had a problem with it! However, we were thinking of giving the truck to one of our kids - so it was time to get something for us. At first, we took a look at the Camry thinking we'd switch over from a truck to a car. After taking a drive (the Camry was a nice ride) and thinking about it, we weren't sure if we wanted to switch to a car or not. We went home to think it over. We came back again this weekend after deciding we wanted to stay with a truck or an SUV. Our salesperson was Robert Kieda. After telling him what we needed from a vehicle and what kind of payment we needed for our budget, he directed us to the best vehicles to choose from that met our criteria - and we decided on a great 4Runner. It was a pleasant buying experience. We left with the perfect vehicle that we needed both for business and pleasure - and it met our budget needs. We have taken our Tacoma there for service also - same great experience. What impressed us most about this dealership was that everyone that connects with the customer is friendly and professional. We drove back home from dropping my car off for service at a Buick dealership. Drove by the Toyota dealership. Since we had talked about replacing my wife's car, we stopped by -- I wanted her to see the V at a Buick dealership. Drove by the Toyota dealership. Since we had talked about replacing my wife's car, we stopped by -- I wanted her to see the Venza, which I had seen at my work's parking lot -- to see if she liked it. Well, she did. So we decided to do a test drive. Dwight was very friendly and very patient with us. We test drove, we asked them to check out my wife's car while we did the test drive. We liked the Venza, so we agreed to come in and talk more. Customer Service: great, everybody very friendly, very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure, despite it being a Saturday and having plenty of customers. Quality of Work: didn't rate, didn't apply Friendliness: see customer service, everybody was very friendly, we went for the after market parking sensors and navigation system, Erin from after market parts explained the options and showed us what they would look like. Overall Experience: well, read all of the above :) I think you can tell that we were pleased! Price: I do think we overall got a good price with a minimum of haggling. Don't like haggling over a $100 here or there, but what really ticks me off is if they start out with a low ball offer -- either for the new car or the trade in. The selling price they initially offered was in the ballpark, but the trade in was several thousand too low. When I expressed my disappointment, they went to KBB online, picked "fair" (it's really in "good" condition) and low and behold, the trade in value was several thousands higher. They quickly redid their offer, but at that point I wanted to go home and check the numbers myself on my own computer. Besides this initial offer for my trade, pricing and the negotiations (really just a series of very friendly phone calls) went really well and I didn't feel they wanted to take advantage of us. More

Tod factored my liftstyle into his suggestion for me to drive the xB a 2nd time. In talking to be he knows I am a gardener and will likely need the hauling capability. I thouight is was cool that he had me re-drive the xB Sold! Great job Tod! More
I had the pleasure of working with Chris Davis while I was in the market for a car. He is very friendly, listened to my situation and needs in a car, and extremely professional. We had a bad experience during a prior Toyota purchase, not at this dealership, and had decided not to purchase another Toyota again. The Prius was truly our only reason to go back into a Toyota dealership. That being said, the staff at Naperville Toyota has changed our minds, and we were very pleased with the overall experience and will have no issues going back and purchasing another car at this dealership. Chris Davis was an excellent salesman, did not put any of the typical sales pressure on us, listened to our needs and worked with us to get the vehicle we were looking for. He and the manager also worked to get the price we were looking for as well. I would highly recommend working with Chris when purchasing a car. David Kabanda was a pleasure to work with when dealing with accessories. The typical sell encouragement was there, but did not over pressure when realizing we were fine with our selection. He did however, bring up some options we did not know were avaialable and did want to add...such as door guards. Dave Castellanos was extremely professional and helpful during the financing portion of the deal. He assisted in figuring out the overall cost of the loan, and did not pressure to upsell service and warranty. He worked with me to obtain the warranty I wanted, and informative on my other options, but did not pressure to take something I did not want or need. Overall - This dealership changed my mind on Toyota!! More

David Zidlicky is a fantastic salesman. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He was very nice to my wife and kids. If you are looking for a Toyota (or any of numerous other used makes), I knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He was very nice to my wife and kids. If you are looking for a Toyota (or any of numerous other used makes), I would suggest you see him immediately. He responded to our needs, found us a vehicle we love, and completed the sale promptly and without a lot of hassle. The dealership is clean and organized. They appear to have a very large stock of new and used vehicles. Despite the fact that we purchased a new vehicle (and hope I won't need the service department, at least not right away!), I am actually looking forward to using the one at Naperville Toyota. It is big and appears to have a very cool waiting area. More
Had not given much thought to purchasing a new car but Chris called and asked about trading my 08 Camry with 88000+ miles. When I went into the dealership I was instructed to ask for Omer. Omer introduced Chris called and asked about trading my 08 Camry with 88000+ miles. When I went into the dealership I was instructed to ask for Omer. Omer introduced me to Dave Zidlicky, who was to be my sales associate. Dave was very friendly, understanding, honest and patient. We sat for a few minitues and discussed my 08. I first told him about my long drives to Chicago to work and my concern about the cost of gas. That was my motivation for purchasing a Hybrid. I explained that I owned a large hairy dog and cloth seats wouldn't work for me so I needed leather. He listened attentively asking questions here and there until he had a clear understanding of the type of car I would be interested in. All the while he was searching inventory. He found the perfect match in a 2011 Camry Hybrid. He and Manny worked diligently to come up with a price that I would feel comfortable with. I drove away in a 2011 Camry Hybrid minus the 88,000+ miles. Dave didn't pressure me into a sales and he didn't talk fast so as to confuse me, he didn't rush me and I felt I had time to think about my decision. Talking to him and Manny was like talking to old friends. I would return to Toyota of Naperville for my next purchase and I can highly recomend Dave to friends and family interested in purchasing a new car. When I left not only did I have a new car I felt like I made new friends. Happy with my car but more importantly happy with the sales process! More
