THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WE HAD WAS WHEN WE TALKED WITH A.J. REILLY ABOUT FINANCING. HE EXPLAINED THE OPTIONS WE HAD AND WAS VERY PLEASANT UNTIL WE DECIDED TO JUST PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OURSELVES AND NOT TAKE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. HIS DEMEANOR ABRUPTLY CHANGED AND WE FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. WE SIGNED THE NECESSARY PAPERS. MR LUTZ HAD OUR CAR READY,PLATES ON AND A FULL TANK OF GAS.
