My fiancee and I each bought a car this week from Dave and Justin. We received great service and of course a great price. We both have owned Toyota/Lexus in the past and have been very satisfied with ou and Justin. We received great service and of course a great price. It is obvious that they are experienced. We visited other dealerships and they did not compare to Toyota of Naperville's level of professionalism. Here is my review. We purchased a Camry 4/d LE: We were treated very well and have a lot of confidence that we received a very good deal and that we bought a great car. The only one issue is the time expended trying to sell us add ons such as rust proofing. But I guess every dealership does that and at your dealership the employees in charge of those sales were very polite and understanding when I said no thanks. Mr. Zidlicky is a great informative sales person and an asset to your Dealership. He patiently tried to coordinate the blue tooth technology prior to my leaving after purchase, which I later learned was a problem with my cell telephone. Also thanks for the plant, that is a nice touch. More

On Thursday October 6, 2011, I went to Toyota of Naperville to trade in my 2006 Toyota Highlander for a new 2011 Toyota 4runner (SUV). Salesperson Mr. Kris Kosinski greeted and politely asked what Naperville to trade in my 2006 Toyota Highlander for a new 2011 Toyota 4runner (SUV). Salesperson Mr. Kris Kosinski greeted and politely asked what I was interested in. I told him that I was looking for 2011 4runner. He showed me a few SUVs with different options and all what he had on the floor. But the ones he had in his inventory did not fit my requirements and was out of my budget range. Kris worked with his other Managers and informed me that they will get the SUV which I was looking for. On Monday October 10, 2011 I received a call from Mr. Kris Kosinski who informed me that the SUV is in and I can come for a test drive. I thank Mr. Kris Kosinski (Sales Rep) Mr. Omer Aslam (Business Manager) and Mr. A.J Reilly (Business Finance) who took good care of me and helped me to finalize the deal. At Toyota of Naperville, the managers, employees and service department crew are very friendly and highly professional. ALL employees are well educated about their products and they go an extra mile in helping their customers. I am satisfied with their performance and high level of customer service. More

I recently purchased a Toyota RAV-4 from this dealership. I love it just as much as when I bought it, if not more! All 3 of my kids are able to fit comfortably in the back seat, a concern I had when I was lo I love it just as much as when I bought it, if not more! All 3 of my kids are able to fit comfortably in the back seat, a concern I had when I was looking at the car. Each one has their car seat and are able to get safely buckled in. A few weeks ago, I brought the car in for a 5000 mile check up and the service department was as nice and informative as the sales team! A great big thank you to Naperville Toyota! More
