I went to Toyota of Naperville because I had previously purchased 2 used cars from them. Both turned to be pretty good cars. I was confident that they would treat me right. They did! The salesman Dave was very helpful and I felt we had a good rapport. He quickly located a car was I interested in. It should be noted that the weather on the day I visited was extremely bad. Dave got a courtesy van and drove me out on the lot to look at a couple of cars. Due to weather conditions I was unable to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. I returned on the following Wednesday, test drove it and bought it. This was a pleasant buying experience. Everyone I had contact with were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Toyota of Naperville especially Dave. More
What a wonderful experience; shopping for a car at Toyota of Naperville. Dave caught us wandering around in the parking lot and steered us in the right direction...to a Sienna Limited. His knowledge of product and ability to answer questions made us feel very comfortable. We loved the 'test track' allowing for a 'full' experience of surfaces without pressure of traffic. Dave walked us through every step of the process of purchase. Helped us secure Toyota financing instead of the credit union we were going to use. Patiently sat in the car we purchased to explain every button, bell and whistle! And there's a lot! We liked the "dave" team from sales, product info and finance and even Dan who assisted with the phone and car link. We will certainly recommend Toyota of Naperville to anyone who asks. I was reticent to go to Toyota of Naperville becaue of its enormous (read intimidating) size, but actually, the size of the sales floor and service area turned out to be a great advantage. I received an excellent tour of the vehicle in the (warm in the winter!) showroom before taking a test drive. Chris Davis was a FABULOUS salesperson, who ended up feeling more like a friend than a salesman. He was very patient as I struggled to choose between two different vehicles. I was even able to drive one home and keep it overnight. As a result, I felt very confident in my final decision. The buying process was simple--with negotiations going on until I felt comfortable and satisfied that I got a good deal. The follow-up has also been excellent, by my wonderful salesman (Chris) and by the service department. Thank you, Toyota of Naperville! More

Bill Lutz is a fantastic salesman! He is very kind and as a female I never felt as though my questions were dumb or not worth asking. He was patient with me and made sure that I understood everything. Financial staff tend to have the reputation as being pushy and rude. Gary Jaros was hilarious!! He's very easy going and again answered all of my questions. He was quick and had us out of there in no time. Eren Gonzalez was great at helping me to decide whether to purchase a paint and interior protection plan, which I did. She is a very sweet lady! As I said, this is the second time I've bought a car at Naperville Toyota and I will continue to go back there. The service department is the best! More
Went to Naperville Toyota to look at trucks since I had been looking at several dealerships including a few ford dealerships. When I got there it was a Saturday and it was 5:00pm. I was approached by a sales man as I pulled my truck in the parking lot . Justin Buck was helping another and saw me, he smiled and I rolled down my window, I asked where are the new Tundras? He pointed and gave me his card,"If there's anything you need ,I'll be inside." I went and looked at the trucks and found one I liked, if I could get it for the price I was willing to pay. I went inside and found Justin, now it was getting close to closing time however Justin, never made me feel he was in a hurry.We took the truck for a test ride talked about a price and the deal was made, I got a new truck. Not only did Naperville Toyota have the largest selection of Tundras everyone I dealt with was nice. I can't say that about all the other dealerships I've been to. More
We originally contacted Naperville Toyota looking for a new Corolla. Matt George contacted me immediately via email with straight forward answers to our questions. He also called several times to make sure we didn't have any additional questions. After a couple of weeks we changed our minds and decided to purchase a used Mazda 3. We made the decision very late one evening. When I opened my computer to check used car listings I noticed an email from Matt. He asked if we had made a decision. I emailed him back and told him we decided to look for a used Mazda 3 in the $10,000 price range. Amazingly, he checked his inventory and found the exact car we were looking for. He called early the next morning with details and we purchased the car the next day. Our experience at Naperville Toyota was very different from the interactions we had with other area dealers. Their answers were straight forward. They addressed my concerns directly and honestly. They priced the car right and they made our entire experience a joy! Naperville Toyota has earned our trust. We have already recommended them to everyone we know who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Next time we're looking for a vehicle, they will definitely be our first stop. More

As it turned out he was extremely attentive,thorough,professional,and very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He helped us stay within our budget and was very accommodating to our busy schedules. Dave even came in on his day off. The other two Daves were also very pleasant and easy to work with. We will use this dealership again. We trust Dave and that has lead to great satisfaction. This car buying trip was not terrifying at all. It was pleasant. More

His professional approach to finding out what our requirements were, and then exceeding them is to be commended. He took the time and patience to walk us through a difficult decision, taking us for several test drives, reviewing multiple options, working through pricing alternatives within our budget and thoroughly explaining all the important features on our new vehicle.
