After 10 yrs, our existing car gave out on us and we needed to purchase a new vehicle. We just couldn't believe the timing of this new expense plus the idea of beginning a search for a dependable, affo needed to purchase a new vehicle. (How to make the switch from a minivan to a car???) We need to extend our gratitude to Kris Kosinski for a great car buying experience. We were stressed over the thought of buying a new car and trying to determine what would work for our family and budget, etc. Kris was able to simplify it all for us. We spent over an hour with him... looking, talking, test driving, etc. Yet never felt the high pressure (that many other car dealers use as a tactic). He was very honest and respectful with us as we tried to make our choice (again based on necessity and budget). Toyota of Naperville should take pride that they built a long lasting relationship with us as customers (many of our neighbors have made their purchases at that location and felt the same way). We really love our new Toyota Prius (even though we were originally nervous about the investment). The purchase was easy and again big kudos to Kris. He also directed us to everyone we needed to deal with to trade in our vehicle and how to upgrade our new vehicle with some interior additions and a warranty. He also followed up with us to see how we enjoyed the vehicle. Also, after the sale he still treated us with the same outstanding customer service he gave us the first minute we walked into Toyota of Naperville. Overall, the place is so clean, the entire staff smiles and greets you...whether or not you are dealing directly with them. Customer service is awesome!Thanks again! More

We had worked with Kevin in the service department in the past and asked him who he would recommend to work with to puchase a new vehicle. He recommended Dan Gulley and we were glad he did. We thought we wanted a new 4Runner but he suggested that we also test drive a Highlander and Sequoia so that we were sure we were really buying the best vehicle for our needs. We decided on the 4Runner and he was able to quickly locate the vehichle in the area with the interior and exterior colors we wanted. When we showed up for the delivery we knew that we wanted some additional items added (remote starter, paint and interior protector and 3M film for the front end) so Dan introduced us to Eren and David to get a good price. AJ was the person that completed the paperwork and arranged the financing. He also suggested additional coverage we might like to purchase. He was also very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. All in all it was a great experience and would recommend this dealer. More

When my husband went to Toyota of Naperville, he was welcomed by Will who listened to my husbands horror story without interuption and proceeded to help him find some used cars. When I arrived Will meet me outside, indicated he had heard our story and assure me he was going to take care of us with honesty. Jimmy and I are both honest middle class people who have had a very rough time with the economy, loss of work and of course Jimmy's cancer.
