Leo's service was exceptional. The only reason not to give perfect score on Price has nothing to do with him. All of the extra options were thoroughly explained and all employees that we spoke with were very friendly. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt very welcome. I asked to see Dave Z. and he was available right away. I had contacted Dave the day before to let him know which car I was interested in an welcome. I asked to see Dave Z. and he was available right away. I had contacted Dave the day before to let him know which car I was interested in and he had it ready and waiting for me to test drive when I got there. When we drove over to the test track, he spent the entire time pointing out all the features of the car and was willing to answer any question I had, no matter how silly the question may have seemed. He took me through the track and pointed out all the safety features of the car while I was driving. Once we got back to the dealership, I was given a thorough explanation of what the next steps were in purchasing the car. Overall, the experience was great. From dealing with Dave Z., to the other Dave who helped me pick some extra things I wanted to purchase for the car (rust proofing package, car mats, etc.) to the the young man I dealt with in finance, it was an overall awesome experience. I am so excited to be driving a new car and to feel completely satisfied in the purchase I made. I look forward to many years of service at the Toyota of Naperville dealership. The experience I had with my salesman, Larry Dulik, was extremely pleasant. Larry was a down to earth person with a no pressure approach. Dealing with the finance manager, Suha Oner, was a different story. extremely pleasant. Larry was a down to earth person with a no pressure approach. Dealing with the finance manager, Suha Oner, was a different story. Suha packed in an after market warranty and GAP insurance into my financing without telling, or even suggesting it to me. When I questioned the amount of the payment I was made aware of this. I had him rip up the contract and do a new one without these items and the payment was reduced substantially. Suha did not advise me of my interest rate ,again, until I asked, although I was skeptical of the rate I purchased the vehicle because it simply fit my needs. While in the finance office I was also subjected to listening to the vulgar language of presumably salesmen and / or finance managers in a nearby cubicle. Two days later I purchased another vehicle for my wife at Village Buick Gmc, which is just down the road from this dealership, and although the facility lacked the modern conveniences that Naperville Toyota offers, the experience was much better. I did not feel "taken" by the finance personnel there and I recieved a much lower interest rate. Needless to say they have earned my future business. I did not have a line of different managers approach me and attempt to sell me aftermarket items or accessories and I did not have to wait an inordinately long time to complete the process, all things that I experienced at th Toyota dealer. In my humble opinion, Suha Oner epitomizes the negative stereotype of a car salesman, which takes away from thehonest hard working professionals such as Larry Dulik. More
