I have never had such a positive experience purchasing a new car as I did at Toyota of Naperville. Chris Davis made the experience exceptional. He made me feel comfortable and he really listened to our ne new car as I did at Toyota of Naperville. Chris Davis made the experience exceptional. I never felt uncomfortably pressured, but he seemed to really want us to get a price we could afford. He was also exceptionally friendly to my two children, and didn't exclude them from the process. We left feeling that we got a great car and a great deal. They even gave us more than we expected for our trade in. Justin was upfront about the used car I was buying. He laid out the good (obviously) and the cautionary (Thankfully!) With absolutely no hassle they let me take I took the car to MY mechanic who told me pretty much exactly what Justin did. Nice car, reasonable price, done deal. Their service department is easily the best I've dealt with. No hassle about getting a loaner car (but I do set that up the day before). More

Went in with the intention of window shopping to replace my 11 year old truck. Dave quickly found a vehicle that met our basic needs and we went for a test drive. Was looking for a cheep used car after totaling my old 1999 Camry. There was an old accord and an old stratus one. The accord 5000, stratus 4000. The process to buy was simple and took only a few hours. They bought the camry for 600 and even gave me a store credit because my mom has had a few cars with them. More

Toyota of Naperville was absolutely impressive. Everyone that we dealt with seemed not only to have our best interest at heart, but also gave the impression that they were happy to be there. We are used to dealershiops that constantly try to get as much money out of you as possible. These guys understood that we are a family with four kids who had just had another car go down and tried to help. Our salesperson, Chris Davis was unbelievable. He let our four-year old daughter play on his computer and pretend like she was working there. He always went out of his way to make sure the kids were taken care of and he did everything that he could to make sure that we were getting the car we needed, not the car he wanted us to buy. I wish that all car salesmen were like Chris Davis, the best I have ever dealt with! He impressed us as a truly good person who has more in his heart than just making money. Overall, this dealership was outstanding and we would be happy to send anybody there! More
