My wife Julie was in a car accident and unfortunately the car was totaled. After finding out this information we were referred to Toyota of Naperville by a close friend of ours over our local dealer in Jolie car was totaled. We took the trip to Naperville and were immediately greeted by Jacob Basathia. Very pleasantly we asked to speak to the Sales Manager and was graciously taken to him and introduced to Peter Murray. We explained our situation to Peter and he said Jacob would take great care of us. We knew ahead of time we had a limited budget and financial hiccups, so that settled in our mind as we went off with Jacob to look at a 2010 Prius. Jacob was a complete professional the whole way through and walked us through the sales process and test drive step by step. He was understanding of our situation and was very straight forward of all fees, costs, and the final bottom line when it came to what we could afford and our vehicle decision. All the way through from our entrance to Toyota of Naperville to our drive home in our "Newly Used Toyota Certified" 2010 Prius, the experience was top notch! Thank you Toyota of Naperville for providing such a high standard of customer service in a world filled with others of a much lower standard. All of my questions and comments were answered in a truthful manner by the employees who I encountered on Saturday, July 21, 2012 in which I feel very comfortable in purchasing my 6th Toyota vehicle in the last ( 15 ) years. Great customer service seems to be lost art in America but Harvey Nyien reasurred my concerns by taking the extra mile in the service that was provided to me. I really enjoyed working with Chris Davis. He was patient with several test drives, answered questions without worrying that I might not buy, was very professionable. Chris was very knowledgeable about the Scion IQ, even though it was a new style. He also made sure I got the color I wanted, even though they had to trade with another dealer to get it. (yeah, I'm a girl!) The service dept was really friendly and knowledgable too; and got me in and out in adding the options very quickly. Several were interested to know how I liked the new little IQ. It's REALLY FUN. I am very happy with the purchase and can't wait to get out on a driving vacation with it. Boy, did I pick a great time to buy a car with 38 mpg! More
