Out of the three Toyota dealerships I walked into, Naperville was by far the friendliest and least intimidating for a female to walk into alone! I thought I had a pretty good handle on what I wanted, but, with Chris' assistance, realized more - both what I wanted and needed. He was everything a salesperson should be - knowledgeable, upfront, willing to work with the customer (even when it was a dealership employee's mother!), and patient! Thanks, Chris! More

Dave Castellanos was the finance person I worked with and he showed me which option to go with (taking rebate, or lower apr) to benefit me. I went looking for a new car, and Mike Beck was great. He showed the styles of the cars on the budget I was looking for. He also taught me how to use the emergency parking brake, was very patience and set up showed the styles of the cars on the budget I was looking for. Before I left with my new car, he did a quick review of all the equipment that the car comes with, the radio and how to record favorite stations, the blue tooth as I mentioned earlier, the parking brake, and the list goes on and on. He also showed where is the Service station. I thought this dealer is very nice, the price is good too. and I love the fact that they offer courtesy rentals when your car has to be in for few days, so I don't need to keep bothering my friends for rides. I recommend this dealer. More
