After this winter's first snowfall, we realized that our rear wheel drive car was just not going to cut it this winter. So we dusted off our research and quickly agreed upon the Toyota Sequoia. We already had been quoted a price when we walked in. Abid Khan was our sales person and he was fantastic. He was totally professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in helping us understand our car. He took the time to review all the features of the car with my husband the night we got the car and offered to do the same for me the next day when I could come back on my own without the kids. He was very thorough and did not make me feel rushed - even though he had already sold the car and dealing with me kept him off the floor! He followed up with us a few times over the following weeks to make sure we did not have any questions and to be sure we were happy with the car and our experience at Toyota. I had looked at other dealers and was unable to find the Camry I was looking for, Toyota of Naperville had over a 150 Camry's available for me to choose from so the selection was far superior to any other dealer. I was very impressed by the professional sales presentation, explaining all the features of the vehicle. Tod took me on a test drive on their exclusive test track. The test track was a great experience, with a wide variety of road conditions including a skid pad, hill climb and high speed oval track. Tod quickly had my trade-in appraised and to my surprise they offered my much more than other dealers including CarMax. I went into the finance office and went over my payment options. Sue called me because I was recently in their service department and they wanted to see if I wanted to sell my car or trade it in. I have a 1994 Camry with lots of miles on it. I really wasn't thinking about a new car but when Sue called me she was very nice & informative. She sold me on coming in and having her manager just look at the vehicle. I was skeptical because I preferred dealing with Sue then some Sales Man. Sue had nothing but good things to say about all her managers there and said she would introduce them to me if I preferred, which I did. I ended up going in and I thought everyone was so nice. I spoke to, two managers, Omar & Manny. I got my appraisal and saw a newer Camry I am considering it! Hope to come back there as soon as my son gets back from Florida. It took almost two hours for an oil change! After an hour, I asked when it would be finished. I was told soon. I will admit I got a little snippy because I was tired and hungry after working a full da hour, I asked when it would be finished. I was told soon. I would have simply returned the next day. So I admit I was snippy. Finally, one hour and forty minutes later my (new-less than a year old) car is finished. I go to get in it and notice a big scratch on the drivers door that was absolutely NOT there when I arrived. Needless, to say, I will never, ever, ever return and I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. I'm only hoping that is the only damage they did to my car. There are some really sick people out there! Beware because some or at least one works at Naperville Toyota! More

I walked into this dealership decided on a car (blue camry). Drove it around for a while, decided on a price, etc. Then my Dad and I happened to walk by an Avalon, and after a small discussion between o camry). The dealer had every right to be frustrated with us but he acted very professionally and within the hour we were driving away in my new Avalon. To top it off I got a great deal on my trade-in for a Corolla (best cars for resale value). Anyway, the experience turned me into a repeat customer. More
