My experience with this dealership was very good because of Dave Zidlicky. I came in after looking at the car I liked on EBay. I came in at 8:40 a.m., knowing that they did not open until 9:00 a.m., but hop of Dave Zidlicky. I came in after looking at the car I liked on EBay. I came in at 8:40 a.m., knowing that they did not open until 9:00 a.m., but hoping that I could find an early bird so that I could get back to work. I found Dave to be the only one there at that time and asked for his help. I was dressed in shabby work clothes but he treated me as if I were in a suit. We took the car for a test drive and Dave answered questions that I had. When we returned to the dealership, Dave went to the service department to get answers that I had about some service that was done on the car. We made the deal with a deposit and I returned in the evening with the balance. Dave was a consummate professional. He is the reason that I plan on returning to this dealership for future purchases. He followed up with me to make sure everything was ok with the car and asked if I had any concerns. He is a great asset to this dealership and made my purchase a pleasant experience. For once, I felt like I dealt with a fair salesman and not a snake oil salesman. Thanks again Dave and I hope to deal again with you soon! More
The overall experience was fantastic from beginning to end. We had not intended to purchase on our initial visit, but being such a large dealership allowed them to extend pricing that simply could not be end. We loved being able to experience driving the vehicle on the test track through multiple environments and simulated weather/road conditions without having to worry about surrounding traffic. We also appreciated the 'after point of sale' attention we received in demonstrating and configuring certain new features on the vehicle. All-in-all, a very satisfying experience. More
