Justin's sales manager (whose name I can't recall) was also very friendly and helpful. He assisted with the sale as required, but was never unnecessarily intrusive. The business representative who completed the paperwork was also very helpful and obviously well prepared. All in all this was probably the most streamlined, professional, and overall pleasant experience we have ever had at a car dealership.
