Before I made my final decision to purchase my 2012 Scion XB, I was showing up at the dealership almost every day to look at and/or test drive a couple different cars. Chris Davis and Al Zal were the salesme XB, I was showing up at the dealership almost every day to look at and/or test drive a couple different cars. Chris Davis and Al Zal were the salesmen who were helping me out every step of the way. They were always extremely friendly and helpful. There was never any pressure on me to jump right in and purchase a vehicle I wasn't 100% sure on. I've encountered many stereotypical salesmen at other businesses who were constantly trying to push a sale but Chris and Al were nothing like that. It was always a very relaxing and enjoyable experience dealing with them because I never felt like they would try to feed me some typical salesman line. They treated me like a friend, were always informative about the vehicles I was looking at, and never, ever pressured me into a purchase. Even after the sale was complete and months had gone by, they'd still check in and ask how I was enjoying the car, remind me they were only a phone call away if I had any questions, and they even sent me a "happy birthday" email on my birthday. I would tell anyone that if they wanted to check out Toyota of Naperville, they couldn't find two better guys than Chris Davis and Al Zal. They get my highest approval! More

Don't waste your time with other salespeople at Toyota Naperville. Although I am sure they are very pleasant to work with, Kris Kosinski is the only man you need to work with. We absolutely love this car. We would also recommend this dealership because of our previous experience with them. We traded in a 2002 Toyota Sienna for the RAV4. We bought the Sienna brand new from the same dealer and drove it for 206,000 miles, thanks to the excellent service we received from the dealer's mechanics. Between getting the right car at the right price and following that up with excellent service, you can't go wrong with Toyota of Naperville. More
Over the past 2 glorious, memorable years, I've driven a 20-year-old Cressida, whose reliability has affirmed my confidence in the quality of Toyota. When I expressed interest in purchasing a "new to me" ca 20-year-old Cressida, whose reliability has affirmed my confidence in the quality of Toyota. When I expressed interest in purchasing a "new to me" car, my parents convinced me to look at "new to the world" cars and to use the auto program available to CostCo members. Due to proximity, Toyota-of-Naperville became my Toyota dealership. During my first visit, Bill Lutz accompanied me (and my mom, dad, and boyfriend) on a test-drive of my desired Yaris. He then explained that the Yaris was not a popular-in-America model and convinced me to consider a Corolla. Bill speced out the pricing & financing available to me for each model. Over the next week, I was able to compare these numbers and insurance costs while communicating with Bill about different trim options. On my next visit, David Zidlicky assisted me in finalizing my decision to get a Corolla LE. Though I only want the features of an L trim, David was able to offer me an LE with the color and price I'd hoped for. He took me (and my entourage) on a test-drive of the actual car I would buy and then put together the pricing paperwork. I scheduled the appointment for my finally-finalizing-the-purchase visit with David and then spent the next few days collecting proof-of documents and arranging insurance. That final day went smoothly, full of exciting "initial here, sign here" moments and motherly photo-ops. For my first official car-dealer experience, Toyota of Naperville was definitely NOT the "Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad" cliche I'd been warned against. This dealership will be on my short-list of considerations the next time I'm looking for a new car. Which, if Toyota integrity hasn't changed over the past 20 years, will be 20 years from now. More

My experience having David Z. as my sales representative was fantastic. He was really good about keeping me up-to-date as to the status of my car's delivery (with it being an FRS, there was a bit of a wait was fantastic. He let me take an FRS on the test track which was really cool and which gave me more incentive to buy the car. The paperwork process was quick and easy. He was very thorough about explaining all the gadgets and accessories on the car so that I would have no confusion and felt very comfortable when I pulled out of the dealership with my beautiful new FRS.
