This is the 5th car I've bought from this dealer ('05 Scion Xb; 07 Scion Xb; '08 Scion Xb; '01 Mercury Sable; 07 Camry Hybrid). Since '05, I've had the pleasure of Dealing with Ben Curcio (05 & 07 Sci Scion Xb; 07 Scion Xb; '08 Scion Xb; '01 Mercury Sable; 07 Camry Hybrid). Since '05, I've had the pleasure of Dealing with Ben Curcio (05 & 07 Scions) Omer ('08 Scion) and Justin Buck (01 Mecury and '07 Camry). My last 2 experiences have been with Justin. IMHO, he's a very straight shooter. On 2 used car transactions, he's honestly told me what's right or not with any vehicle I've looked at. No hesitation to let me take cars overnight to let my car tech go over them - or just let me get a feel to see if a particular car is right for me. EVERY one of these transactions have been smooth and businesslike. I never got a sense of any "dealer shenanigans" from these guys. All of my experiences with the service department have gone without a hitch, too. I will go to them again. More
My Toyota of Naperville experience started with Jackie in internet sales. I requested the price of a Prius C. She was very good at informing me when the cars came in so that I could come and test drive one. internet sales. I requested the price of a Prius C. If the Prius C sold before I got there (which happened twice), she called to tell that it was sold so that I didn’t come in and not have a Prius C to test drive. The day we arrived at the dealership to test drive a Prius C, we were warmly greeted in the parking lot by salesperson Chris Davis. Jackie had instructed me to ask for Omer and he would recommend a sales person to us. I asked Chris to direct me to Omer. Omer assigned Chris to work with us, and I'm so pleased that he did. Chris went out of his way to help us. He even took us on that cool test drive track and had us simulate different driving conditions with the car – an awesome experience! Chris was very friendly and not at all high-pressure. The Prius C was too small for me, and I told Chris that the Prius IV was what I really wanted, but it was out of my price range. Chris then told me about the 2011 Prius IVs that were formerly dealer loaner cars that were in my price range. Chris ROCKS! Chris was very knowledgeable about all the Prius cars and was able to answer all the questions that I and my mechanical engineer boyfriend posed to him. Chris was very patient with my indecision and very understanding of my need to sleep on things before making a buying decision. We came back three times before deciding to buy a 2011 Prius IV. When I told Chris that my credit union was going to finance my car at 1% less than Toyota’s special financing, Chris asked if I would consider financing with the dealership if they could meet the interest rate from my credit union. Not only did they meet it, they beat it by 0.09%. I truly appreciate that additional savings! Chris ROCKS! The night that we bought the car, I was in a hurry to get home and study for an exam that was coming up. On the morning of the exam, Chris sent me an email wishing me luck on my exam. That’s just one example of how well Chris listened to me and gave the extra personal touches that make him such a great salesperson! He was available by email and phone for all my questions before the sale. I purchased the car this past Friday night, and Chris was already in touch with me first thing Monday morning to answer a question that came up over the weekend. I will highly recommend Chris to anyone who is considering purchasing a car! Chris ROCKS! I also met Bryan, the used car manager, during my visits prior to purchasing. Bryan was also very friendly and helpful – even offered to let me take a 2011 Prius home overnight. I didn’t take him up on that offer, because my crazy school schedule didn’t allow me to get back the next day with the car. But the fact that he offered it was very much appreciated. I met KC when I was taking delivery of my car. She went over the after-market options with me. I had been talking to Chris about having a sunroof installed, and he told me that KC could actually show me on the computer what it would look like. I was concerned about water leakage in an after-market sunroof. KC called a young lady who works evenings at the dealership, who owns a Prius with an after-market sunroof. That young lady (whose name escapes me or I’d acknowledge her too) brought her car around to the front of the dealership so that I could see the after-market sunroof. I was able to ask her questions about it and whether she’d had any problems with it leaking. She gave a glowing report about how much she loves her Prius and her decision to install the sunroof. My final contact (so far) at Toyota of Naperville was with Gary in the Finance Office. Gary was great at explaining all the details and crunching the numbers several different ways for me. He did an awesome job of explaining the bumper-to-bumper extended warranty – such a good job that I couldn’t pass up that coverage! If the service department’s employees are anything like the employees that I’ve met so far, it will be a pleasure to do business with Toyota of Naperville for years to come! Sorry this is so long, but I can't say enough about how well I was treated and what a pleasure this car-buying experience was. Every person that I had the pleasure of talking to at Toyota of Naperville was great. I know that I won’t be buying another car for a while, but I will be happy to refer friends and family to Toyota of Naperville – specifically to Chris Davis. Chris ROCKS! He's the reason I have so many good things to say about the rest of the employees. If Chris didn't ROCK, I wouldn't have stuck around long enough to meet any of the other people! More

It is like buying a car from a good family member. Customer service is the primary reason I buy cars from the Dan Wolf dealership, but this last purchase they also provide the best price by far. Blas was very knowledgeable about the Rav 4 I was interested in purchasing. He not only answered all of my questions but he answered questions I didn't even know I had. He was very thorough in explaining all the features of the car, financing and service options. He went out of his way to get me the best price and financing available. Eren and A.J. were also extremely knowledgeable in their areas of service and financing. More
Hemos comprado 3 carros con Alain. La primera vez que fuimos compramos el Rav 4. Alain nos trato con mucho respeto. No nos dio mucha precion, fue muy paciente y calmado con nosotros. Le dimos la explicasion por telefono de lo que estabamos buscando y cuando fuimos a la ajencia de carros tenia todo listo para nosotros. Salimos con dos carros nuevos, el Highlander y el Prius C. Despues de comprar los carros, nos llamo Alain para saber como nos sentiamos con los carros. Nos dijo que regresaramos cuando quisieramos si necesitabamos ayuda con los carros. Finalmente cuando sea tiempo de comprar otro carro, por seguro vamos a buscar a Alain otra vez. He's willing to show you any vehicle you're interested in and fully explain the different models. Eren Gonzalez who is the Aftermarket Sales Specialist is a very charming, knowledgable young lady who assisted us with any questions we had regarding accessories and vehicle protection. She explained specials they had going on and how they protected our vehicle. We also dealt with A.J. Reilly, the business manager. A.J. is also very courteous and explained in full detail what we were signing and why. We had all the paper work done in no time. The service department can't be beat. They have to be one of the most helpful and honest service departments I've ever encountered. From explaining everything to a very comfortable waiting area, they really care about the customer. Not only did this dealership give me the best price, but they went out of there way to make sure everything went smoothly and gave knowledge on everything to do with buying a new vehicle and about the vehicle I was buying! I traveled from Granite City, IL, to Chicago to purchase my vehicle, because this dealership was the only toyota dealership working with me to get me the best price and service. Dave Zidlicky was curtesy calling me just making sure I brought everything with me the night prior to me traveling to Chicago, he also called periodically just to make sure we were doing ok on the trip to his dealership. Even after all the paperwork was done he was calling just to make sure everything was ok with my new truck!!! WOW!!! Talk about caring about your customers! Thank you DAVE!!! More

Overall my experience at Toyota of Naperville was as painless as car buying can be. Justin, the salesman we dealt with had recently worked with my parents on the purchase of a Sienna and we sought him painless as car buying can be. Justin, the salesman we dealt with had recently worked with my parents on the purchase of a Sienna and we sought him out to help in the purchase of my Prius. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to work with us on getting the financing to a reasonable price. The only reasons I marked the overall experience and price as less that "great" were because of the extraordinary amount of time we were at the dealership (about 7 hours) and the fact that there were no price incentives offered on the Prius, particularly on the interest rate. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and couldn't be happier with the car. More
