The Chicagoland is filled with numerous dealerships & a large selection of cars to pick from but my experience would have never compared to Toyota of Naperville. I visited the dealership not knowing if I a large selection of cars to pick from but my experience would have never compared to Toyota of Naperville. I visited the dealership not knowing if I should buy new/used/lease nor did I go in financially prepared for a decent down payment (prior vehicle decided to give up on me). Before even entering the dealership, I was stressed on the fact of taking on another expense (as many are) but this gentleman by the name of Leo made my day; both on a personal & professional level. The way he treated his clients was exceptional. He LOOKED professional, was not pushy, smile on his face & respected my concerns/opinions. After a few days of stressing prior to my visit, he was able to put a smile on my face with his mannerism & reassure me that WE would make sure I walked out of here with a vehicle & not in the hole financially. The environment was welcoming and my salesman Leo made the time spent there a pleasant one. I walked out of the facility with a brand new vehicle & access to Leo's direct contact, shall I have any issues with my new vehicle. The management & financial department were also friendly & extremely helpful. I live 40 miles away & the trip was well worth it. We really liked working with Mr. Basathia. He was very friendly and he wasn't pushy. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible.
