This is the best car dealership I have ever encountered. My principal contact was Jacob Basathia who did a superb job of finding the model I wanted and persuading me to use the 60 months of interest free To My principal contact was Jacob Basathia who did a superb job of finding the model I wanted and persuading me to use the 60 months of interest free Toyota financing rather than my original plan to either lease or pay cash for the car. Within 15 minutes of meeting Jacob, he had the exact model I was looking for parked outside the front entrance of the showroom for me to examine. Earlier that day, I had been told by another Toyota dealer that it might take some time to locate a blue XLE without navigation since most XLE's come equipped with this option. This is one of the advantages of dealing with such a large Toyota dealership. In addition, their price was superior to my previous two quotes. While the car was available for me to drive away that day, Jacob arranged to hold it until the next day for a modest deposit so I could return with my wife to sign the necessary joint title papers. We used this delay to install a few dealer options such as door guards and edge protection. The following day Alain Vilma and John Roncone did an excellent job helping us quickly complete all the paper work as we only had an hour of available time. It was a perfect hand off from Jacob who had a morning medical appointment. Alain completed our financing forms and telephoned our insurance agent to make sure that our new coverage was in place. John helped us execute the purchase contract explaining all the relevant documents as well as our extended warranty options. Jacob returned in time to make sure everything went smoothly. I was very impressed with the teamwork practiced by each of these individuals. Jacob and Alain then took us to new our car to explain a few of its operating features before we waived good-bye. Jacob then called me the following day to make sure that everything was satisfactory and offered to meet with me anytime I wanted to stop by the dealership with any follow up questions. Both Alian and Jacob separately called me a week later to see if I had any further questions and to make sure our car was performing satisfactorily. This was a great car buying experience. More

I was looking to purchase a 2012 sporty looking car with good gas mileage. I recently moved and would be driving 45 miles a day. My boyfriend Tom had visited your dealership and was approached by a mature, clean cut, non overbearing, energetic young man, Leo Lopez. Tom told Leo straight up that the car wasn't for himself and was not going to purchase a car that day. Leo was told I would be looking at other dealerships/cars over the weekend. Later that night Tom said that he was very impressed by Leo's knowledge of the cars and his enthusiastic manner and the very impressive service/waiting area. That weekend we went to two other dealerships. First one liked the car for the most part, strongly disliked the salesman, so we left. Second one, I really liked the car a lot, salesman was friendly, car was very comparable to the Camry and I was leaning towards that car. Since it was comparable I liked the color/style better. Then came Toyota of Naperville. Leo was available on the spot. We spoke for a bit. He explained he wanted to make this experience as enjoyable, not a drawn out process as most people think. He also said he wanted to establish a rapport that would last through the lifetime I had the car. Not just to make a sale. I too was immediately impressed by his outgoing, polite, respectful manor and made me feel very much at ease. I looked at the cars Tom and he discussed. My heart still wanted the car at the previous dealership, because I liked the color and design the best so far and the Package Price was also comparable to the Camry. After a couple of hours of Leo getting to know what meant the most to me, test driving the cars, comparing cars literally side by side, I fell in love with the Toyota XLE. I found the color of the car, the interior design and color that is awesome. Not to mention it will get very good gas mileage, I had a spoiler and remote start added, which the other car didn't have (by the way of getting a loaner car to drive in the meantime.) Talking to Gary in financing who was so quick and efficient. I would recommend this dealership because of its professional friendly staff, very accommodating waiting/service area. Especially Mr. Leo Lopez, thank you for an enjoyable experience and AWESOME car!! More
I came to the dealership after doing research on the vehicle I wanted and was ready for a test drive. Dan was great at making sure I knew everything about the vehicle and was only there to help and not vehicle I wanted and was ready for a test drive. After a couple months of further research and looking around I came back to Dan and he worked with me to get a great price and repeating customer.
