I've purchased and serviced every vehicle I've owned since 2008 at Toyota of Naperville. If 18 years of repeat business doesn't sum up how amazing the staff is there I'm not sure much else can. He's always polite, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy. The service department is 11/10. They out perform every other dealer service department exponentially! More

The only minor downside was that the finance team was quite insistent about adding an extended warranty package; otherwise, every aspect of the experience was excellent.
