Though he has not personally purchased a vehicle from Jacob Basathia, he mentioned to me several times how Jacob has gone out of his way to welcome him when he comes in for servicing, etc. Since I had been looking for a new vehicle I knew I wanted to go with a Toyota and moreover, that I wanted to talk with Jacob. I wasn't let down!! Jacob did his best to get me approved (as this is my 1st car buying experience) and in my new Corolla as soon as he could. Dave Castellanos also gave me great customer service-through explaining GAP insurance, the "extras" to the roadside maintenance,etc to me, down to the finishing paperwork. Both guys were considerate and straightforward, and never once did I feel pressured into my experience or that they 'just wanted to make a sale'. Thank you so much for such a great experience!! More

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had! I came in to test drive a brand new 2012 Toyota Prius and Alan was incredibly helpful. Justin and Nino really worked for us. We felt like we got a good deal on the car we purchased and it is just what we wanted. The trade-in could have been better but it was an 11 year old car with a bad trans a good deal on the car we purchased and it is just what we wanted.
