I saw a 2012 Camry on your website that I was interested in; my husband & I arrived to the dealership 15 minutes before closing. We were kindly greeted by Chris Davis; he helped us locate the car we wanted in; my husband & I arrived to the dealership 15 minutes before closing. We were kindly greeted by Chris Davis; he helped us locate the car we wanted and allowed us to test drive it. After the test drive, I was sure I wanted to buy it, we made an appointment to finalize the sale the next day. Chris explained that he had another appointment scheduled for the next day but would ask a co-worker to assist us. He suggested that I drive the car home and keep it overnight to be sure I wanted to purchase the car. Chris was very patient, professional, friendly and answered all of our questions without the typical sales pressure. Chris introduced us to Alain Vilma the next morning. Alain helped us with our trade in, provided information on financing, the minor repair on the car and a demonstration on the car features. Our experience with Alain was just as pleasant as with Chris. Alain patiently listened to all of concerns & answered all of our questions. Alain made sure we were happy with our purchase and fully understood how the features worked. He also completed the transaction so we could make it to our next appointment on time. Alian called twice within the week that followed to ask if I had any questions & find out if I was enjoying my new car. We had purchased a 2010 Highlander through Costco (Abid Khan) at Dan Wolf Toyota and now needed a second car for my wife. The Camry was best suited for our needs and we wanted to have an extended test drive so we rented a Camry XLE (6cyl) for two days. Shakeel was excellent in handling our rental and reminded us that if we bought a new car he would reimburse the cost of the car rental. We were uncertain about a 4cyl or 6 cyl Camry and my wife and I did a test drive with Abid. We found the 4 cyl was a great car. He then helped us select the color car from the new car inventory. Abid showed us the Costco discount price and we agreed to buy a Silver 2012 Camry. He gave us the new car manual, and showed how we could access information on line. Maria was helpful in explaining about our 24 month new car service plan (no charge). Dave was very good in processing our check and provided the bill of sale, sales tax registration while Abid was working to transfer our old license plates to the new Camry and finish new car prep. Abid then had us do a final walk around and helped with final review of car features. He gave us the keys and we drove home. We got home and within 1 hr we got a call from Abid asking about our drive home and if there were any questions. It was just a great experience. More

David possesses all the attributes desired in any sales consultant - he accurately accesses the needs of his customer and does his best to address them, he is extremely knowledgeable of all car features and costs involved, and helps guide (without pushing or steering) the customer to a purchase that best meets the prospective buyer’s requirements. Dave’s highly professional manner and relaxed, honest, direct approach, made for us what is frequently an exhausting and draining event into quite a pleasant car buying experience. Mr. Zidlicky goes the extra distance to insure that the buyer is completely satisfied. His 25 years of experience in the automotive business shows in every aspect of his work. It is evident that both his co-workers and the management at Toyota of Naperville respect him. With David there was none of the typical cycles of -“ I need to go discuss this with my manager” scenarios, which exhaust both purchaser and seller alike. We are extremely happy with our “new” used Prius hatchback.
