Based on my dealings with Gary Jaros I don't recommend Toyota of Naperville. After I had an excellent experience with the Sales Person I was directed to the aftermarket and financial people. Gary was very Toyota of Naperville. After I had an excellent experience with the Sales Person I was directed to the aftermarket and financial people. Gary was very friendly and convinced us to purchase the extended warranty. However, he provided poor service in two areas. First, he told us that the remote starter we purchased would be covered by our 7 year extended warranty and even commented that they would cut into the wiring of the starter. Needless to say that later when I went to install the starter I talked to the service person and inquired about the coverage of the starter under the extended warranty. Not only the starter was not covered under the warranty but any wiring that was touched in the process would be excluded from the warranty as well. Given that this car has almost all of its units connected electrically I could not keep the electric started. I had to redo the financing paperwork to reflect the changes. This was done by another business manager. The second problem was dealing with the licence plates and registration. After 3 weeks I tried to contact the DMV and there was no record that the paperwork was submitted. After talking to Gary we were told that the paperwork had been submitted Jan 7, 2013. Today, Jan. 18 I contacted the DMV and there is no record that the paperwork was submitted. I called back and Kathy (accounting???) told me that the check has cleared and that the paperwork was indeed submitted on Jan. 7. I asked for the paperwork showing it and went to the dealership to pick it up. When I was there the paperwork were the paper I signed on Dec. 19 and a check dated Jan. 08 (not cancelled). Given that the facts are not checking out I asked to see the cancelled check. I was told that it was cleared but I could not see it. Since all I have is their word, which so far did not show to be trustworthy, and that the facts are not checking out. I am to wait for what they say is at least 60 days to know if my plates are being processed by the DMV or not. At the end of this 60 days my temporary plate will expire. It is very frustrating to see the carelessness that they treat someone that has purchased 3 new vehicles at the dealership. I am ready to move my business to a less conveniently located dealership to purchase my next car (within the next year). More

I want everyone to know that Matt George was very helpful with my car search. He had no problem with answering all of our questions, scheduling test drives and providing me with frequent updates on special financing and sales promotions. In the end I decided to buy a Hyundai Azera Tech Package but that had nothing to do with Matt's service. I simply decided that the Azera was a better car for the money for me. If your looking to buy a Toyota I would highly recommend working with Matt! More

We are very satisfied with our experience at Naperville Toyota. The sales person, Jacob Basathia, was very nice. He is also very knowledgeable, with many years of experience, and answered all questions we had in a professional way, without being pushy like most dealers are. He figured out quickly what we wanted, and came back with the right kind of color, trim and features on cars that we would actually buy. The negotiating process was very short and hassle-free compare to our previous experiences. In less that half an hour we got a good deal on our new Camry, which still drives like the best car in the world, and has all electronic features that make the family happy. This is our fifth Toyota. Like for the others, we hope to keep this one happily for at least 10 years or 150k miles, and without any kind of repairments. Great job, Jacob Basathia! And thank you Toyota of Naperville for giving us a good deal in our home town! More

We have never owned a Toyota but were interested in the Camry. Chris educated us on all aspects of car and was patient with the questions we had about the car. The dealership has a wide selection of Toyotas. The facility itself is immaculate and state of the art.
