We have been driving Toyota's for the last 20 years. We had a 1993 Camry which we had for 10 years we traded it in for a 2003 Toyota Sienna which lasted us for another 10 years and would probably still be had a 1993 Camry which we had for 10 years we traded it in for a 2003 Toyota Sienna which lasted us for another 10 years and would probably still be driving it but we wanted a new car. We went to a couple of dealerships looking for yes another Toyota and ended up at Toyota of Naperville. Everybody was so nice and friendly and was not pushy at all. We ended up buying a 2013 Camry Hybrid. They gave us a very good deal compared to all the others. Mike couldn't have been any nicer to us. He explained as much as he could to us about all the bells and whistles on the car because we got a loaded one this time. We are very happy with our purchase and know that we will get years and years of a great car. More

My husband and I bought our first Prius at Toyota of Naperville after talking to Bill Lutz on the phone. We like the friendly and courteous staff, and even come back for routine maintenance. Once we decided because of the weather to have the tires rotated at our local Toyota dealership: never again. Not all dealerships are created equal! On a 25,000 mile maintenance check we stopped to visit Mr. Lutz, and to see what other Prius models were available. With the mileage we have been getting we decided maybe it was time to buy a second one. Mr. Lutz was never pushy, nor told us what we needed. He let us go at our own pace in deciding as to what we wanted to do, as well as deciding on the financing available. Gary Jaros helped us with the paperwork and also made that quick and painless. We drove off with our new Prius and couldn't be happier! We have every intention of returning again! More
