This is the second car we have bought at Toyota of Naperville, and the second time Justin has taken great care of us. We sat down to talk to Justin, looking for a used car for our sons to drive to school and work, we gave him the parameters we were looking for and he found us a great 2007 Toyota Corolla with low mileage (one local owner) that came with the Toyota Certified Used Car warranty. The price was great, and we got a great deal with great financing. I have always been the type of car buyer that goes for the best deal, regardless of the dealership, but I will always go to this dealership first from now on. Blas was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions and if there was something that he didn't know, he was fast to find someone that did. Blas was very honest when we negotiated the price and it felt like for first time there were no hidden fees. Overall, the dealership was very nice. Big, clean and it had a lot of inventory (you can probably find any type of Toyota that you want), The sales people were nice and not pushy. The service department also seemed to be good but i can't say for certain as i bought my car later in the day and it was closed. I was only able to see it when i picked up my car. But as i said, it seemed like a good place to get my car serviced. More

Dave Zidlicky was by far the most professional salesman I have dealt with and answered all of my questions with total honesty and he and Manny Floyd displayed the utmost professionalism and integrity when dealing with this purchase. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my experience at the dealership. After a very short meeting about the vehicle, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle and was introduced to Gary Jaros in finance who completed the purchase. Gary Jaros also displayed total professionalism and explained each and every document to me before asking me to sign the forms. This was a total GREAT experience and Dave Zidlicky called me the next day to ask me if I had any additional questions or concerns about the vehicle and assured me to call anytime. My wife Julie was in a car accident and unfortunately the car was totaled. After finding out this information we were referred to Toyota of Naperville by a close friend of ours over our local dealer in Jolie car was totaled. We took the trip to Naperville and were immediately greeted by Jacob Basathia. Very pleasantly we asked to speak to the Sales Manager and was graciously taken to him and introduced to Peter Murray. We explained our situation to Peter and he said Jacob would take great care of us. We knew ahead of time we had a limited budget and financial hiccups, so that settled in our mind as we went off with Jacob to look at a 2010 Prius. Jacob was a complete professional the whole way through and walked us through the sales process and test drive step by step. He was understanding of our situation and was very straight forward of all fees, costs, and the final bottom line when it came to what we could afford and our vehicle decision.
