We received excellent service as soon as we walked in the door! We were greeted, taken to seats right away and Kareem was with us within a minute or two! Within about 10 minutes of being there, we were taking the car for a test drive. Kareem made sure we were comfortable, answered our questions, and was extremely friendly! He made the car buying experience so easy and friendly, it felt like we were dealing with a friend. When we had some questions about how the car would work for our family, Kareem suggested we take the car for an extended test drive for the weekend. He also got back to us quickly with any questions we had and put in extra effort to make sure we had all we needed before we left with our newly purchased car. The other staff we had the pleasure of working with were an extension of our great experience with Kareem. Brian, Gary and Diana (who helped us through each step of the buying) were knowledgable, interested in us as people, and to-the-point while still taking their time. During our time in the showroom while we were waiting, we were greeted by other salespeople in a very friendly way. When we left with our new car, Kareem walked us to the car to make sure we were all set. It was the little touches like that which will bring us back to Dan Wolf Toyota of Naperville in the future. Overall this was the best car buying experience we have had. For a large dealership, it didn't feel like it. Kareem made a big difference! I've never liked buying cars but Blas honestly made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Blas was so polite and friendly. He spent extra time with us while my wife and I both test-drove and looked at every inch of the car. At one point I asked him to lower the price--Blas was so friendly that when the paperwork started flowing, I realized he hadn't dropped a dollar and the kicker was that I didn't really care. Great guy. I will tell anybody I know who's looking to buy a car to go see Blas Cielo because he rocked it AND because I didn't have to test drive any where else. More

Toyota is a friendly dealership with delightful staff. Alain was nice and helpful throughout the experience. Even the finance manager, Gary, was helpful in finding us the best financial options. This was the third RAV 4 that I have purchased or leased from Toyota of Naperville. I bought 2 and had no problems whatsoever. I then bought a Jeep Liberty and had numerous problems. I was trying to save from Toyota of Naperville. I bought 2 and had no problems whatsoever. I then bought a Jeep Liberty and had numerous problems. I was trying to save money but didn't. I went back to a RAV 4, and I am so happy I did. It is a great vehicle. It is the perfect size, has the options I want, its a good price, and the gas mileage is good. I also love the new Toyota Care (2 years of oil changes free). The next time I am looking for a car, I will go to Toyota of Naperville and ask for Bill Lutz - he was great to deal with! More
