From the moment that my wife and I met Chris Davis we knew that he was a class act. He took his time with us and explained everything about the model car that we were interested in purchasing during our knew that he was a class act. When we left the dealer my wife and I were both amazed at how down to earth and relatable Chris was. He followed up with us as he said he was but never asked us what he needed to do in order to sell us a car. Chris instead asked us if we had any questions about our experience and if we had any questions that he could answer. When my wife and I finally decided to purchase our new car we went back to see Chris. We happened to come on Chris's off day and so we had to work with one of Chris's associates. This is when we met Ulises the Sales Manager. He had our car appraised and gave us an offer on the car that we wanted all within 15min. There was none of the typical going back and forth that a "normal" dealer puts you through. He gave us his best offer and told us this is the best that I can do and I'm not going to be able to do any better. My wife and I were so pleased with the deal that we placed a deposit and told Ulises that we would be back later that evening to purchase the car. This is where Chris went above and beyond. Chris came in on his day off to be with my wife while she waited on the finance people to complete the purchase. He spent all the time that my wife needed to understand all the features on her new Highlander and this time included staying after the dealership was closed. So to say that our experience was anything less than amazing at this dealership would be telling a lie. Chris was amazing and so was Ulises. Chris is a great guy and anyone looking for a Toyota should go see Chris, they will be extremely satisfied with their experience! More

Leo Lopez was the most personable, helpful and thorough dealer I have met. He worked very hard to give me the best deal possible and remained helpful and pleasant the whole time. He was a very good instructor on the test drive track and he explained all about the car. I really appreciated his fabulous customer service. He sacrificed his day off work to come in and do my purchase at my convenience. Whatever he is being payed, its not enough. Doing he paperwork with Gary Jaros was easy and painless. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well and had a good sense of humor. More
After a couple of our unpredictable Chicago snow storms, I finally appreciated my Toyota along with the knowledge & certainty of salesman Leo. My Corolla drives fantastic in the snow. After remembering our conversation regarding my concerns with the snow, I received a call from him asking how my little car managed through the winter. I couldn't believe after almost 6 months I received another follow up call. The call showed quality service and brand. Love my Corolla & the care I'm receiving seasons later. More

I brought my car in for service, was given a great loaner, that made me want to buy a new van, and I left with a new updated Toyota! the Sales consultant Mike was friendly and helpful, he went over loaner, that made me want to buy a new van, and I left with a new updated Toyota! the Sales consultant Mike was friendly and helpful, he went over the whole vehicle with me post sales above and beyond the call of duty! He made sure it was a good match for our family. The Sales manager was friendly and worked fair numbers for the trade in and upgrade. The finance manager was quick and efficient. The whole process of finding a good match, test driving, buying and financing was around 3.5 hours, the last time I bought a Toyota Sienna I spent 8 hours in the dealership. This was great for my kids and they were kept busy and had plenty of refreshments to choose from. Thank you for giving our family great all around service. If you ever need a large family to do a commercial for you, we would love to :) More

Leo Lopez has a very humble yet personable sales approach. He understood I don't like to fuss around back and forth with wheeling and dealing. He took great care to add some incentives that MADE me want to come in and purchase my new 2013 Venza and he also gave respect in terms of my trade-in.
