Dave was very helpful and patient in answering any questions we had on the 2013 Toyota Camry XLE that we purchased, without pressuring us, which is especially important to us. We spent a good deal of questions we had on the 2013 Toyota Camry XLE that we purchased, without pressuring us, which is especially important to us. We spent a good deal of time at the dealership on March 11, 2013, debating between several cars, and Dave let us drive the vehicles we were interested in, and also drove us around on an inclement day to show us the colors in which these vehicles were offered. When we picked up our new Camry XLE on March 14, 2013, he took time to explain many of the features on the car, without making us feel rushed, which again was important to us. Since we traded in our 2003 Camry on the new 2013 Camry, Dave also arranged a loaner car for us to drive until we picked up the new vehicle three days later. That was especially appreciated. Will certainly recommend Dave to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. More
From the moment that my wife and I met Chris Davis we knew that he was a class act. He took his time with us and explained everything about the model car that we were interested in purchasing during our knew that he was a class act. When we left the dealer my wife and I were both amazed at how down to earth and relatable Chris was. He followed up with us as he said he was but never asked us what he needed to do in order to sell us a car. Chris instead asked us if we had any questions about our experience and if we had any questions that he could answer. When my wife and I finally decided to purchase our new car we went back to see Chris. We happened to come on Chris's off day and so we had to work with one of Chris's associates. This is when we met Ulises the Sales Manager. He had our car appraised and gave us an offer on the car that we wanted all within 15min. There was none of the typical going back and forth that a "normal" dealer puts you through. He gave us his best offer and told us this is the best that I can do and I'm not going to be able to do any better. My wife and I were so pleased with the deal that we placed a deposit and told Ulises that we would be back later that evening to purchase the car. This is where Chris went above and beyond. Chris came in on his day off to be with my wife while she waited on the finance people to complete the purchase. He spent all the time that my wife needed to understand all the features on her new Highlander and this time included staying after the dealership was closed. So to say that our experience was anything less than amazing at this dealership would be telling a lie. Chris was amazing and so was Ulises. Chris is a great guy and anyone looking for a Toyota should go see Chris, they will be extremely satisfied with their experience! More
