Toyota of Naperville

A neighbor had recommended the Toyota of Naperville to us and now I know why. I was hesitant at the beginning since we live in Tinley Park and it was a drive to go up to Naperville to buy an SUV given the f and now I know why. I had gone up to Naperville the week before to check on the SUVs and Dwight greeted me and my 9 year old when we walked in. Even though I explained to Dwight that I am not buying anything at that time, he still showed me the SUV we had in mind and gave me all the information on all the different upgrades that each model had. He was very professional, personable and had a calm and relaxing personality that made you feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions. It was so refreshing to talk to a sales person and not feel so pressured and uncomfortable. He followed up with a phone call a few days later asking if I had any questions that he can answer for us in regards to the SUV. My husband and I went back to see Dwight yesterday and are now the proud owners of another Highlander. I will definitely recommend working with Dwight and that dealership. It was really a great experience and I would purchase from them again. More

My wife & I needed to find a replacement for our 11 year old Toyota Sienna which we bought at Toyota of Naperville. I can't say enough about Brian, he was exactly the kind of Sales Professional that you would hope for. Very friendly, no pressure, very responsive, and just an all around pleasure to work with. His Sales Managers also helped to make the overall experience a very positive one for us. In the end, we took posession of a wonderful CPO 2011 RAV4 which we absolutely love! Our experience there was so positive that the next month we found ourselves coming right back to Brian and Toyota of Naperville again to purchase a replacement for our 12 year old 4-door sedan. Will have more to say about that in another review for that transaction but suffice it to say that Brian came through in flying colors again as we just took posession of CPO 2012 Camry and couldn't be happier. Anyway, just wanted to share what our experience has been and give a shout out for Brian for making it such a positive one. More
