As we entered the lobby somebody greeted us right away and asked us if they could be of any help. We were accommodated right away and was even offered coffee/juice/bottled water. We bought our 4Runner at this dealership two years ago, and we were happy with it, so we went back again to buy a Sequoia this time. Eventhough we have to wait for very long time to get all the paper work done, but it's acceptable considering there are a huge amount of new car shipment just came in right after the Independent day weekend, and every new car owner was earger to pick up their new toys. The sales and financial personaneel had to stay beyund their regular working hour helping us to finish all the paperwork and new car walk through. They were very patient and considerate. I'm sure we'll keep coming back for maintenance and any new purchase in the future. More
