It was a perfect transaction. No hassle, no hard sell, no stupid questions like " what do you want with a truck" just total professionalism. I was so impressed I couldn't find a single reason not to drive my dream home. I have purchased many new vehicles and I can honestly say this is the first time the experience was perfect. Dana is my go to car guy, he listens to what you want,not what he thinks you should have. I recently took a friend to buy her second Avalon. She was not an easy customer and he was patient and willing to take extra time as she tried out other models and came full circle back to her original selection.
